Plugin not working correctly on mobile

Hi, I have bought your premium plugin with order #5124 and I have directly emailed you about these issues as well but haven’t received a response. I am facing a couple of issues with the Premium Product Gallery for Woocommerce plugin. All the issues I am mentioning below are on mobile only, plugin works fine on desktop –

1) Sometimes the video just doesn’t work on mobile no matter how many times you click the play button and sometimes it works but once the video is played you cannot pause it or swipe right or left on it to change to the previous image. All the youtube buttons stop working as soon as you play the video.

2) On mobile the arrows on slider are hidden by default and only show up when you click on an image, I want them to show at all times.

Filter Everything Not working in mobile – woostify theme

I am using woostify theme on this website https://zariveda.com/sarees and with that filter everything plugin for the best filter possible. For some reason, I’m getting an error trying to check the v2 box on my mobile browser, but it works just fine (same credentials) in the desktop browser.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Translation icons do not work on Mobile

The plugin works perfectly on Desktop, but on Mobile it does not work. I am not sure why as it’s using the exact same shortcode. Everything is up to date on the website as well.

Yoast not working with latest WordPress Update + WooCommerce

I’m not really looking for help but wanted to report a bug that I’m having with the Yoast SEO Plugin.

Both this plugin and WP Rocket are giving me a similar result and I have since temporarily deactivated both of them.

I have WooCommerce on my site and everything works fine on the browser end. However, when I go to my shop page on Mobile, none of the product titles or thumbnails are hyperlinked or clickable.

Typically, you click on the product title or image to get to the detailed Product page that has all the specs and photos. Though, on mobile, anytime I try and click it I can’t. It also doesn’t highlight the text or the images like a normal webpage. It’s almost as if there’s an invisible layer over top of everything as it highlights random, nonsensical spaces overtop of the image/text (instead of the image/text itself).

I didn’t notice this happening until I updated to the latest WordPress version (5.6.1).

Anyway, I wanted to bring awareness in case this issue persists or if I’m the first one that this happened too, hopefully it can be solved. My plan is to keep both these plugins deactivated until maybe the next update or whenever I test it and it works.

If anyone has insight or has the same issue, please share!

The close button does nothing on mobile. Clicking the background does nothing either. Configuring closing on content click isn’t working as well …

It is easy to configure and add the shortcode. Thanks for this.
It worked well in desktop view, but after scrolling after sometime, it make the browser hang.
And if I open the developer tool, inspect element, page gets hang even I could not close the browser. Please could you help me.
It happens in chrome (Version 73.0.3683.86) as well in firefox(66.0.5 (64-bit))

Also on mobile device also it even do not scroll 100px down the page get hang.

But have more than 200 blog post, is it because of this?
