Slider doesn’t always slide on mobile

Slider only slides some of the time on mobile. When you first display the home page, sometimes it slides, sometimes it doesn’t. If you interact with the page, it usually starts to slide. Occasionally, it will stop sliding after it has begun. Doesn’t happen on desktop using chrome. Haven’t tested in other browsers

Slider not sliding, Autoptimize setting

This just started happening. When I turn off JS optimization in Autoptimize the slider slides again. When I turn it back on and add jquery.flexslider.min.js to the list of exclusions, that doesn’t help, the slider doesn’t slide.

Is there anything else I need to add in AO to get this workign again?

I’m working on site and can’t get any sliding on testimonials. Is it because I have bs installed?
I’ve tried installing w widget in homepage area and using shortcode in a

inside a nav-pills (bootstrap) configuration.
I’ve displayed it on underconstruction page (where it also isn’t sliding).

Carousel not rotating when site browsed on an iPad

Hi Jake,

As feedback, unless I have missed something, the carousel does not seem to work (slide) when viewing our website via the apple iPad on chrome or Safari, I noticed this before when viewing the options to purchase via your website on the iPad before but dismissed it as a possible network latency my end but it has an issue with the iPad webkit I think for both browsers, can you please test and investigate and apply an update to fix this? Carousel if at the bottom of our Website home page URL below.

The staff love the ease of use to populate the library stock and are 15% the way through so far. I have one question about that mobile facility. If I want to create a custom library and then populated it with say 25 new books for the month (custom library name “January”) how can I target that library when they scan the book via smartphone or iPad?

Slider not sliding

Hi there! I just installed the free version of your gallery/slider, and it is stacking the images at the bottom of the post, as if they’re thumbnails, as opposed to creating an actual slider/gallery. The “thumbnails” seem to be fullsize images (800px wide) however.

All the images are 800px width, but the heights vary a bit — maybe that’s what’s ruining it? Possibly the heights have to be uniform, too, for the slider to work properly? (I set width to “100%” and height to “auto” in the configuration settings).

The theme I’m using, Gabfire’s Stylebook, comes with a built-in slider. Possibly it is creating a conflict?

Slider not Appearing Correctly

Hi all

I’ve been trying to use metaslider on my website. It’s all set up on a specific front page to work as a header. It was working fine, but then when I checked my site today, I discovered that it seems to be broken. It’s not sliding correctly, and the text is just appearing underneath.

When I go into the plugin, the preview looks correct, but it does have a bit of text saying “cookies” underneath it. I am wondering if the code behind the shortcode has been corrupted somehow? I disabled the cookie notice plugin, but this doesn’t seem to make a difference.

The site is www.discoversinging.co.uk.

Can anyone advise as to what’s wrong, and how to fix it?

Not working with GP premium plugin

Finally I figured out why the slider stopped sliding. As soon as I disabled plugin “Generete Press Premium” (add-on for Generate Press theme), it started sliding again.

I’m not sure what could be done about this, for me it is not an issue anymore because I switched themes and don’n need Generate Press anymore. But this info might be helpfull for others.

Plugin Broken

Hi, this is the first plugin I have ever bought, and sadly it is NOT working.

The bottom half of the home page should run the post slides, but are displaying all 3 posts fixed, belowe one another in a messy way.

Please help me to fix this.
