I have tested all sorts of settings and nothing seems to work. Manually sending the email works and it also works when I change the stock in WooCommerce, but when I change the stock in the other tool (it’s called SW Retail), the e-mail is not sent.
I have the following settings:
I do have a lot of other background processes as well.
Is there anyone that has any idea what the issue might be?
]]>Looked through this forum and, following steps mentioned in several threads, I installed Post-SMTP. The test email was sent and received without an issue.
I then used a template to create a simple “contact us” form. I tried to submit it twice. Both times it was not received.
The logs from Post-SMIP show all three attempts as successful. When I go to look at the transcripts, the test email and one of the form attempts generate and “undefined” error. The other form attempt gives this: smtp:none:none://localhost:25
What do I need to do to next?
]]>A test email was sent and the Thank you! appeared, but email was not received and the Thank You! message does not clear after refreshing page, or after deactivating the plugin and activating again.
Other sites no problem on this server.
]]>Beyot theme Version 1.2.5 with ere plugin ofc
]]>The submission shows this error message every time “To avoid spam and abuse, your message was not sent. We are truly sorry if it is a mistake, and in that case, please try to submit this form again.”
Is there anything wrong with the plugin?
-Thank you
]]>I am sending using my web host and when I send a test email through mailpoet I can receive that. I also tried sending a newsletter with only me as the recipient in case it was due to the limit of my web host, however, that still didn’t work.
Under system status, I am not seeing any errors, and the task scheduler is also working fine.
My web host is WPEngine.
Thanks
