Cart not always opens on add to cart click

Hi,
I have a problem with the add to cart button functions which shall open the floating cart.
I use WooCommerce with Sober Theme.
It works fine in a collection overview but for a single product page the floating cart doesn’t show up after add to cart button click.
Can you help please.

Dashboard admin panel is not opening and super slow

Hi,
We just updated the Goole Site Kit plugin to 1.49.0 and right after it in 1 hour the Admin dashboard and login pages became super slow and do not open.
We had to goto to FTP and remove the Sitekit by google plugin to get back into our dashboard.

Please check, your plugin before this update was good, but after update, it is causing our wordpress admin panel and dashboard to become painfully slow.
Hope you solve this soon

Popup not working on Sydney 1.77 theme

Hi there,
Congrats for a very useful plugin! We have been using it successfully in our site.
However during our last theme upgrade (we are using Sydney 1.77) the plugin stopped working.

For reference I have tried a fresh local install of sydney theme 1.77 (https://athemes.com/theme/sydney/#athemes-free-download) and it is not working either. So there must have been some kind of conflict created.

We have disabled the plugin on our page for the time being because it leaves the overlay invisible and you can not scroll down the home page.

The issue can directly be reproduced using a default install of the free sydney theme and popup plugin.

I have a wp site https://www.naishtika.com, now I created subdomain xyz.naishtika.com in cpanel and installed fresh wp using installation but login page https://xyz.naishtika.com/wp-admin/ is not opening not even https://xyz.naishtika.com what might have gone wrong?

Mobile site not opening, wants to download php

Hi. Hoping that you can point me in the correct direction.

A few days ago I had a problem on my site where it would not open it anywhere (not laptop not mobile) but wanted to download a php. I eventually sorted it out by disabling the plugins – there was one that was causing problems and I removed it.

My problem is that on my mobile the error still exists. I have tried 3 different devices as well as different browsers. I have clear cache on the phones and via the plugin. I have spoken to my host but they seem to be powerless to assist. Strange though, thing is if I type https://hvdb.co.za on the mobile it works. Also my site followed by /?nocache. Can you possibly assist? Thanx

Can anyone help with an issue that is happening on my website’s backoffice?

Clicking on the page in order to edit the contents the editing box doesn’t show up and the cursor seems like it will be forever trying to open?

Does anyone has a clue of what might be happening?

I can’t update or do any editing sine a week ago.

Menu not opening in blog or posts on mobile

Hi. The menu works a treat on all my static pages but when it comes to my blog index and its posts it won’t open on mobile. Had a look at the troubleshooting article but can’t find the applicable issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I downloaded the theme Ocean Wp and activated it. Just after that my wordpress screen started showing me a message, “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.
I am really worried about this as I’m unable to work. Also I need to use ocean wp theme. Without it I can’t work. Please someone help me as soon as possible.

Published posts not opening for editing

All of my pages and wordpress opens and are editable. But, I can not create a new post or edit any published posts because they won’t open.

A blank page appears and nothing can be edited. The link is to my main blog.

Any help or suggestions are welcome.
