After waiting and then finally contacting etsy about approving the API, they did (I really don’t know if within etsy I filled out all the requests correctly..because Ive never done this before!)
I was excited to get the page going, I input all the info on the plugin setup, and try to go to my Shop page, and I get a critical error, when trying to update the page. :(..
Please assist in what I may not be doing right. Also, my clients Etsy page does not have a “Section”. What do I do? as when I took out that part of the shortcode, I get an argument empty result.
All she gave me, at the end of her url string was ref=seller-platform-mcnav
]]>TIA
PS the link above is not the page i’d like displayed, jsut the one there currently until I can figure out the linking issue.
]]>The menu on the Spanish version of my site remains force-linked to the Spanish pages, but the menu on the English version eventually starts linking to the Spanish pages as well.
Is this a known issue or maybe it’s something having to do with a cache or plugin, or even a theme issue?
]]>For example: ‘services’ listed in our menu on all the other pages links to
https://www.balibiuretreatcompany.com/#focus , as it should.
On the post pages, the ‘services’ link looks like this:
https://www.balibiuretreatcompany.com/choosing-the-right-location/#focus
The post page menu links contain the title of the blog in the link, so it doesn’t go anywhere, as opposed to it linking to a menu anchor on the home page.
Only ‘home’ on the post pages links to properly to the home page. I have searched high and low and haven’t even found someone else with the same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Danielle
Everything works fine on an actual computer, but the mobile & tablet versions of this responsive site is not communicating with the menu.
I enclosed a link to a screenshot I took this morning from the back office, this is how it looks on a smart device, and you can see by the image that the navigation menu is the problem.
It looks like a link, acts like a link, but does nothing when clicked on.
Again, I did go back into the menu options of this template to make sure this was linked as the primary menu….it is.
Not sure what else I can do???? Would appreciate any help from someone who may be familiar with this problem.
This is the site link, and below is the screenshot.
Thanks in advance
]]>I have done all updates required. I am in 4.9.1
I just tried to do a quick test post to see if it affected new vs old content – and it is affecting both. My new test post gives me an error message, too (just like old content).
Thanks in advance.
