I read another thread within this forum that had a similar issue and was corrected by a Jetpack support rep, but a latter reply requested that separate threads be made for the same issue, so here we are…
Please review and re-classify our website (URL included) accordingly. Thank you!
]]>I represent a Care in the Community organisation, which is not for profit supporting elderly and vulnerable people and I am about to overhaul their wordpress site but they have no backups and wp-staging seems ideal, but I need to get the backups off the server, ideally with the plugin. They are however very low on funds.
]]>We are a not-for-profit organization and two of our blogs have been incorrectly marked as commercial (under ‘contact details’). I’ve only included one in the link as that is what is allowed, but I’d appreciate if a member of the Happiness Team could get in touch.
Just to confirm:
The Jetpack plugin also falsely says ‘you can request a reverification (this can be done once every 24 hours)’.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

I’m part of a small not-for-profit that acts as an ‘umbrella’ network for about 100 other not-for-profits. I’m in the process of getting our website up and running and am toying with ways of creating a members section. We’d like to have some of our documents publicly available, but others (like our meeting documents, upcoming meeting dates, training materials and soforth) would be in a members section.
Some considerations:
– some ‘members’ are organisations (often meetings are attended by different staff members from the organisation); some ‘members’ are just individuals
– our internet in this country can be very slow
– we’ll eventually be making the whole website bilingual
– we don’t need any payment systems; just a way of generating logins for all the members/organisations.
Can anyone suggest a good lightweight plugin – preferably free! – or a way of doing this? Any other NFPs or community organisations been in the same boat?
Thank you!
]]>Which template would you recommend? Do you recommend specific plug-ins?
Each member would need to have their own email address with webmail access, login access, etc. (although I believe that that feature is available anyway on any wordpress site, depending on the host).
Thanks a lot in advance!

]]>My requirements: The ability to select amount of people registering (in the event that one person is paying for multiple people), the ability to set the default pay amount ($25, to increase incrementally by $25 for each additional person), a customizable form so the person registering can enter their name, contact number, email, etc., and for the plugin to send an email to us containing the form information once payment has been complete (or submitted if the former isn’t possible, manually checking for payment success isn’t too much of an inconvenience).
Can anyone help?
