WordPress site not accessable from the Internet

Since we changed our ISP network and router, my word press site will not display on the Internet. It times out. Me and Cisco Tech support have spent many hours trying to discover what could be the issue.

The DMZ network and server remained the same:
– Same static private IP address, SNM, DNS server 8.8.8.8, same Internet name servers.
– The WordPress server is a TurnKeyLinux (Debian) Lamp build with WordPress separately installed.
– WordPress version 4.1.1 using a network
– We are using the Progression Studios 0Pixel theme.
– We have bbPress, Download Manager, Easy Pricing Tables Lite, Google Analytics, Visual Form Builder, and YouTube Plugins

This is what changed on 3/6/2015:

– The default gateway on the server
– The Public IP address on the Internet name servers
– The Cisco router

Factors:
– Our Window IIS servers are work just fine, no issues
– I switch the WordPress server’s IP with a Windows IIS server’s which was working. The WordPress Server still didn’t work from the Internet
– Cisco has done packet analyst of traffic on the server and on the router. It appears that all the right traffic is getting through in both directions
– The WordPress site works from within the DMZ network, and from the trusted network with the private IP address placed in hosts files on PCs
– The Linux server pings outside sites by domain name

Can anyone suggest something that might be the issue?

I get following message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /vhosts/sinaafra.com/http/wp-blog-header.php on line 14

I cant access my site vie sinaafra.com/wp-admin – I get the same message there.

What should I do? Any suggestions? Thanks! Please help

WordPress site not opening on 4G Network

Site is not accessable on 4G newtwork on mobile. I tried to deactivate all the plugins and reset to standard theme but the site is not accessable on 4G network.

It works fine when I try to use it on mobile on wifi.

There seem to be tons of topics on this but all are a bit different and nothing I saw with such a simple error message as this. I was in the admin panel in the “Formidable Forms” plugin panel doing some editing. Clicked save and sent me to a blank page that said nothing but

not acceptable

in the top left corner. Does anyone know what could be going on here? Was it likely caused by the plugin(which I just installed half an hour before) or was it a coincidence that it happened when messing with the plugin settings? Thanks.

edit> I’ve never had issues like this with WordPress before.. I just checked because a site I don’t mess with often a week or so ago I noticed there was an error trying to log in to admin. I just checked and it’s the exact same error. Seems strange. I’ve been messing with the current site designing it for awhile now and no problems then bam. Both sites are on the same server but the errors happened far apart and I’ve had WP sites on this hosting account for a long time.

Dashboard Not Opening

I have my site where i used to get into the dashboard by going to this link , www.mysite.com/wp-admin using my username and password but NOW when i enter the details here i m redirected to my account page. I am not able to open my dashboard, make any changes. please advice.
