]]>I would like to install WordPress on a subdomain of my website that is not a WP site and configure it so I can use a WP plugin for that page. I assume that I just install WP on the subdomain? As far as configuration and the minimum plugins that would be necessary for security, what would be suggested? I will just be using Twenty Fifteen theme.
Thanks!

]]>**I’m doing a fresh WordPress installation.**
Installation: Manual
Type: Multisite (Network of sites)
Installation On: cPanel
Location: Sub-directory (custom location)
Primary Domain: Non-WordPress site
Addon Domains: WordPress sites
So is this possible?
www.primary-domain.com
– A non-WordPress site
www.addon-domain-1.com
– WordPress site
www.addon-domain-2.com
– WordPress site
Because the WordPress installation will happen through the primary domain name (https://primary-domain.com/folder/wp-admin/install.php
) as explained on the Installation Page – Step 5.
It’s not working. Will this plug-in work for an old site that was not a WordPress site?
For instance, when I enter an old site url: https://epwservices.com/about.html, I get this in the from box, a hash tag: /https://epwservices.com/about.html.
I can’t get rid of it, the leading hash tag I mean.
The sites address is www.epwservices.com

]]>I have two sites on a domain:
https://www.domain.com/ (Non WordPress, Pure PHP)
https://www.domain.com/blog/ (All WordPress)
How would I go about querying 3 posts on domain.com’s home page linking to domain.com/blog’s posts? Is that possible?
Help is appreciated,
Steph
Can you point me to the right search terms to use to research how this might be done, if it is possible?
Thanks!
