Re-importing the logo and settings to the theme

I completely removed the logo and all logo settings from the header. I tried to replace the logo by placing it in the header as a normal image, but it doesn’t scale responsively. Is there any way to restore the original logo with placing and settings? I can’t “cancel” to any older version, but the correction should be done for this now afterwards. I have a free version of the theme in use. Thanks if someone could help. If necessary, I will share the url here.

Elementor Kit Not importing header properly

Hi,

I got this (https://templatekit.jegtheme.com/writern/?storefront=envato-elements) template for my site. It works fine including met forms but the header is not importing properly via Jeg Elementor Kit. I’ve tried a lot of things in the past couple of days but nothing seems to be working. Do I have to create my own header from scratch if the template’s header is not working like the live demo? Or, am I missing something in the settings?

I have created two emails in MailPoet. Both look great in my desktop email, but when I view in my mobile it is horrible. Images are huge, you have to scroll for ages to find the relative information, I am disinclined to continue using the platform as my clients will find this irritating, as do I.

How can I ensure the emails are responsive, my website is built in WordPress with Elementor page builder and I do not have responsive issues with my website on mobile.

Any suggestions?

main menu in the header non responsive

Hi,

I have 2 websites:

They are using the same theme and on both when I enable the plugin it makes the main menu in the header non responsive. The dropdown menus in particular. And it happens only on the home pages. If you navigate to another page the menu is functioning properly. I assume it is because on both home pages the menu is transparent, but I don’t understand why it is not functioning. Also if you switch the language sometimes it fixes the menu as well.

Also on mobile the hamburger menu is not functioning too. And only on the homepage.

If I disable the plugin the menus are working fine.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have had UpStream for 2 years. 4 weeks ago, they issued an update that completely broke my site. I have emailed support no less than 6 times for a fix. I received 2 automated responses, and one actual response with a new set of update files which…you guessed it, broke my site. I expect better and more prompt service from a paid plugin, especially since they update was issued the week prior to my renewal.

I was forced to renew to try and get assistance, and basically threw my money away.
If I could give them zero stars I would.

When viewed on a mobile, the job title, date and contract type all overlap.

I’ve seen other people with a similar issue posting here. Is this going to be fixed soon?

We can’t use the plugin while it’s like this.

Flat Responsive theme responsive except for header

Hi! I’m using the free version of Flat Responsive and, although the content does respond on mobile/tablet/desktop, the header image does not. I wanted to test this theme out before upgrading to pro but, if the header isn’t responsive, then I would rather not spend the money.

I’ve tried using the ‘banner wide’ widget instead as I saw suggested elsewhere but this doesn’t work (it is just a teeny little banner in the top left corner of the header rather than a site-wide image – not sure if that’s what it’s supposed to look like?).

I’d really appreciate your insights, thank you!
