Hi, I am using this plugin for years now. Suddenly I face this which is only 1 item (the latest addition item) I can edit. Others can’t edit and the only possibility is the view option.

User role: Administrator

How can I solve this?

Hi there,

I’ve tried to clone a Speaker Page/Post from Eventchamp Theme using Yoast Duplicate and them all the Text Boxes from the sidebar became non-editable in the backend.

Just after a create a new Speaker Post, I’m able to add text, but after I publish the post, it becomes non-editable and I can’t see the text in the backend, but I can see it in the frontend.

Any idea?

editing not responsive

Hi, I was trying today to create a new slider but the add slide button is inactive. I also tried to edit an old slider and it doesn’t show me the slides, nor does it allow me to add new ones. Otherwise, the pages where I already have sliders are working fine, it is just that I cannot edit anything regarding the sliders and their slides.

The Admin Fields are not longer editable

Everything was working perfectly with previous versions but now the admin fields are no longer editable in the back end unless I turn off the read only mode. But when I turn that off the feilds are editable on the front end also.

Previously I was able to just have the fields editable on the back end only and read only on the front end. How do I achieve this now?

After we migrated our website to the client’s official domain, we can no longer edit the prices, sku, description of product variations for the Chinese language.

The variations options are all greyed out, if we deactivate Hyyan Woocommerce Polylang Plugin, they are editable again in ALL languages, but we need the WooPoly integration plugin for client’s web requirements, do you know what is causing the variations to be greyed out in the Chinese language only ?

I have a kinda weird situation and it’s gonna take some explaining just to explain the problem.

I am working with a company that has a WP site that uses some custom plug-ins. The company puts on events throughout the year. One of the plug-ins allows them to create events. These events then appear in the database as posts. Sorta. When logged in and viewing one of the pages, the standard “Edit This Post” option across the top does not appear. When in the admin dashboard they do not appear in the list of posts. As a result, some of the plug-ins used for adding meta-data and micro-data are unusable on those posts.

How does this situation (non-editable posts) exist?

Any ideas on how I might set one or more custom (usermeta) fields that are displayed in a users profile to be non-editable (e.g. read only) except by an admin user?

I am trying to set up a membership site where a members number and other parameters need to be assigned by an admin but visible to subscribers, just not editable!
