Videos not shown, when cache is active

Hi.
I was wondering why videos aren’t displayed on mobile devices with active caching. Luckily I found another ticket where this was mentioned, but a general hint or a working workaround would be useful for this plugin, because a lot of sites use caching and may not test their mobile view on a native device. Are there any plans to make it visible with caching too? I′m using WP Fastest Cache atm, where this error happens.

I’m planning to buy your plugin (PRO version) but when I test it I have a black screen, the player works, the sound is ok but I’ve no visuals. Do you have any idea of what is happening? I can send you a link in DM, it would be easier for you.

I have a timeline with videos banners which display in the timeline view, but when you click read more and view the individual announcement, the video doesn’t show. This seems a bit strange, and is definitely confusing on the demo
For example here, you have text which relates to a video that isn’t theree.

I have been using various YITH plugins for Various sites. We are a big fan of yours. However, this time when we are using YITH featured Product Video on this site, nothing is being displayed. I tried every possible troubleshoot.

I have a corporate TV system using raspberry pi3 as a switch, when I broadcast the screens in wordpress in PNG appears Ok, but if I put videos in mp4 the screens turn white, do not broadcast the video when their time comes in the assembled sequence. Do you have any specific settings for streaming videos?

Lightboxes no longer working (no video)

As some others have reported, our lightbox video popups are no longer working. the lightboxes appear, but all are blank – no videos.
I note the points about updating themes, but it appears this issue is affecting quite a few people with different setups, so it would be useful to have some pointers on what the problem is so that we can try and fix any theme issues. for instance, some of us may be on older themes without updates available, or themes have been customised and upgrades are problematic.
does anyone know *why* we’re now getting blank popups following WP core updates?
