I am not getting a shortcode.

I uploaded the plugin and reviewed the settings.
I read the instructions.
I went into the cache setting on the site and excluded the Premium URIs.
I’m on the latest version of WordPress.
I’m in the latest version of the theme.
I have deleted the PDF and tried to re-upload.
I’ve tried different PDFs.
I’ve tried different browsers.
I found a support thread that mentioned writing the shortcode in when working with the Divi Theme. I’ve tried to write the short code in from the example on the Support Page of your site but the link is no longer active. Nothing seems to work.

Any thoughts?

Since starting with your plugin I have not had any orders although it seems to work fine. It is a fairly new website so it’s not to much of a surprise not to get the orders just yet.
I have noticed an anomaly though, woo-commerce is throwing up the following error in the status section: Ref Checkout page: Page does not contain the shortcode
Can you advise if this is expected, as your plug-in merges the cart with the checkout. I would just like to be sure.

Useless, there is no widget and the shortcode turns out to be a premium option

I don’t know if it’s a bug or something
but there’s no widget that’s called “Woo bag” or “Woobag”
or anything with bag in it.

And since the shortcode option is only for the premium version
(which isn’t explained clearly at all in the description), it’s
completely useless.

Logout page not working. Need @ultimatemember assistance.

I deleted my logout page when trying to sort through an issue. When I reinstalled the plugin I noticed that the logout page was no longer working. I read in previous forum topics that the logout page is hardcoded to appear in that URL so there is no shortcode. It appears that you guys had to go in and manually fix this issue (according to the other topic I read). Please help @ultimatemember I have spent so much time trying to organize my settings and everything and I would really hate to not be able to use the plugin now because of the logout issue. I can’t seem to find any solutions.

Shortcode not displaying

I created a form but it’s not showing as shortcode. When I go to create a page and click on the Opt in Cat icon in the page editor to select the shortcode for the form I created there is no option for my form or any form for that matter in the select drop down. I also tried looking in the ‘Publication’ section of the form editor but I don’t see a shortcode there either, despite there being one in a screenshot of the plugin page.

Is it possible to use the thumbnail function without shortcodes.
So i mean just the youtube or vimeo or etc. URL in the post is enough to get the thumbnails in a post.
Is it possible to style the lightbox with custom CSS.
I use genesis, does this plugin work with that framework?
By the way this is a great plugin, I donated some time ago.
