Hi there

I recently convinced my client to commit to your product to translate their website, but we have been struggling with incredibly slow speeds — the translation interface is almost unusable at times.

I have sent two support tickets in relation to their website (twnaf.com), the first within 5 days of purchase and the most recent less than an hour ago. I haven’t heard anything from either support ticket.

For the record, the fact that there is no way to track submitted tickets is a massive problem — I didn’t even get a confirmation email that either support ticket was submitted, so I have no way to prove that I sent the first support ticket within 7 days of purchase in case I want my money back.

Please could you check on the support tickets submitted for twnaf.com and reply to that ticket as soon as possible so that we can resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have hundreds of customers interested in the Propovoice plugin. I’ve created numerous CRM tutorials, translated them into Brazilian Portuguese, and provided ongoing support to my clients who purchased your plugin.

However, I’m deeply concerned by recent developments. It seems Propovoice has disappeared without a trace, leaving behind uncertainty and no communication about its future.

Scammers – never refunded and rebilled us the next year!

Say far away from this plugin author. They never responded to our request for a refund, never refunded the order, then billed us the next year. These guys are scammers, the plugin is a poorly designed and coded plugin. I would stay far away from this author and their products.

I am using this plugin for severall years. I also using the pro version. Since one week the plugin doesn’t work anymore. The options don’t disappear in the shopping basket and in the backorders. I wrote severall emails and asked the question in the support option here. No response at all.
The plugin is no longer from n-media. so may be there’s a problem since i have been using this plugin for severall years?
I am having a problem now because i use this plugin for a lot of my products in my webshop.

It says 30 days money back guarantee and I have requested the refund once I realized it doesn’t serve my requirement within hours of purchase. Asked for refund from webtoffee website twice and I have the have tickets, no response from them. Hoping to get at least an acknowledge.

Premium version is not working with PHP 8 despite the annoucement in august. Orders are not exported.

We opened ticket 15406 (and further too), we wrote by email, we wrote on Facebook.

Just confirming, you have not responded to these queries because you are no longer supporting either of these plugins – ContactForm7 or Listo – and users should immediately uninstall and stop using these unsupported plugins. Is that correct?

All users should immediately uninstall and discontinue using these unsupported and non-functional plugins!
