I am developing a website for a customer, which recently changed his mind and now wants to offer annual subscriptions on some of his products. I thought I could take care of this with the simple option that woocommerce offers, but after consideration, I don’t know how people with subscription would be able to manage them, cancel them, renew them etc.

I should clarify I’m trying to not use extra plugins, for subscriptions or registrations or forms, the simplest and cheapest way possible. The client is not exactly generous with his budget. The only conclusion I could come to is set it to expire after 1 year and maybe have an email tell the person with the subscription to go in the site and buy it again.

I’d appreciate any ideas and experience anyone has to offer in this area.

Is it possible to use the booking form without any registration or login. I could not manage to have just name, mail, phone and the submit button without any password field. What I have managed is to have just mail, password and the submit button, but it does not work. Do I miss any option?

Registration is open to everyone. I checked the following boxes :

My problem is this: when the customer proceeds to checkout, they are prompted to login to an existing account, but they cannot register.

The box: “activate registration from the order page” is no longer available on the current version of Woocommerce.

My future customers are blocked in the purchase process, they have to connect to an account that does not exist or try to find the page “my account”, to create an account, and then go back to checkout.

At the bottom of the page it says “You are invited to log in to access the shopping cart.” But no possibility to register.

I want the user path to be as simple as possible.

product choice -> validation of the cart -> registration -> payment of the order.

I just ask to be able to add a registration for the customer, not just a possibility to log in. I do not want a guest order.

I cannot authorize orders without an account, because in order to be able to download his product several times, the customer needs an account.

I do have a career in programming but not in php, but starting to figure it out.

I simply want to ask has anybody done this or operate this way without the registration process for anything I need to beware of or any “gotcha” things? I would really appreciate any pointers or tips I might miss. Thank you!

I chose to allow users to post comments without the need of a registration.

The problem is that I don’t relieve an e-mail when a not registered user leaves a comment.

What could I possibly have set up wrong?

I am looking for a Guest Post plugin that allows for very low-friction submission.

Basically I don’t wan’t the user to have to register or log-in, I just want them to be able to submit their post with a form that a administrator can edit/approve/deny. Is anyone aware of a plug in like this, or one similar?
