I love this theme and his elegance!
I have a problem with the slider:

On this configuration, it shows only one product and not sliding.
I imput nothing for incl category.
If I input Women, or women (name of the category), nothing is showing
I want to input 4 sliders:
– All: the one you see that unfortunately have 1 fixed image
– Kids
– Men
– Women

My categories are clearly named and separate

Please help me, this sliders is looking extremely nice

All the thumbnails pictures are blank white images. and on google search is shows as white blank image instead of thumbnail pictures. Why is it doing this and how to fix?

Since the last update, I’d like to create a new gallery and when created there is any pictures on it…
But the thumbnail is showing pictures anyway.

What’s wrong ?

Thanks for the awesome plugin you’ve build! It was doing everything quite fine untill a few days ago. When a customer uploads a photo on the following page:

Nothing happens to the upload photo button after selecting a photo and my client doesn’t receive the download link in their e-mail. What could be wrong?

I have only a few (thank God) variable products on the site. Two problems ..

The variable products under the “Hats” header, will not show the product picture and the selected items will not go to the cart.
Simple products work beautifully.

I have deactivated all plugins, did not change anything. I need to know if there is a fix for this. There seem to be a TON of people with the same problem posted for years and absolutely no fix from WooCommerce. HELP

and the image that goes along with the title will not show up. I have
edited this blog post twice and entered two different images. Note that all
you see is “Models of Etretat” but no accompanying image. I like surfarama
since it will automatically take the image embedded in the blog post and put
this in the main page. No other theme seems to be smart enough to do this.

I have made about 120 posts on this blog and not seen this problem
before of an image put in the blog post body that does not appear when
the blog is published.

Any ideas?

I upload the master picture through wordpress and that seems to be fine as i get a confirmation that its been uploaded correctly. however, the picture does not display in appearances –> favicon. instead it has a very tiny square box, just larger than a dot instead of the picture. when i use the favicon checker these are the responses i get….

Desktop (PC, Mac…)
The favicon has serious issues or there is no favicon at all.

Android
The favicon is not well-designed for Android.

iOS
The favicon looks fine on all iOS devices.

Windows 8
Although the favicon looks fine in some cases, there are some missing points. See below.

with the above responses there is no picture at all, just blank space….
