WordPress says that my WP Account doesn’t exist

Hey there,

so my domain is expiring today and have been trying to log into my WP Admin account to extend the purchase. However, it keeps saying that the account doesn’t exist with the mail I put in.

I did get the emails though, that my account is expiring. I also have the bill from last year with that specified email. But WordPress keeps telling me that there is no account. I tried a lot of different mails but it is always the same notification.

Now I don’t know what to do to extend my domain.

Can someone help me please?

Placed shortcode and received a white screen

Hi!
I tried to get the magic button and failed big time. After pasting the code directly within one of my template files, nothing happened. Therfore I deleted the code again. Obviously that was a mistake or I also chose the wrong file. Anyway ever since my site is gone and I can’t log in no more. Actually by deactivating my theme I got in again, but my site looks like crap right now and I don’t know what to do.
Can anybody help? Thanks.

blank white page after updating

For the past month, I have been adding events to our team’s website per the request of the owner. She had someone else build it over a year and a half ago and it’s been in non-use for a while. I am not sure what version it was on, but tonight I decided it was way past time to update to the latest wordpress version. I thought it was automatic, one touch and done. However, now all I am seeing is white page. No admin page, no dashboard, just blank white. Same when I try to go to website from outside using laptop.

I can access the home page using my mobile devices (cell and tablet), but when I click on other pages, they come up blank white also.

Help!!! Is there an easy fix to go back to old version? I have none of the original files, nor did I do a back up.

Moved and now have issues logging in and Not Redirecting Properly

Moved wordpress from my server www.temp.website1.com to a clients www.website2.com and can’t get the database connected.

Here’s my steps
Made backups
Disabled permalinks
Switched urls
FTP’d wp to new location
Imported database

When I go to the live page a1professionalrestoration.com I get the “The page isn’t redirecting properly” error

When I go to https://www.a1professionalrestoration.com/wp-login.php, I get the log in page but when I enter my credentials, I does nothing, just refreshes, no error, no login.

What’s going on?

Hello, I accidentally deleted my genesis theme and everything turned white. I’ve seen other forums on this topic but I can’t even log in. Both the site and log in are blank. Hopefully there a simplistic explanation? Thank you!

I am looking after two blogs:

Was working on these OK in South-West China and now in Beijing and the pages will not load. Says, ‘This page cannot be displayed’.
I have got good internet connection

Please help. Is this a random China issue?

No Log In Screen for Site with Reconstituted Content

I run 2 WordPress sites

1. www.trainmandan.com I have no issue.

2. www.bnpeacock.org I have no log-in screen with I go to website.

History:
1. started site in early Feb 2013 with automatic renewal of domain name
2. domain name not renewed automatically because of credit card
3. content removed and site converted to free one
4. I complained to WordPress recently resulting in restoration of content

Problem: I cannot log in because there is “no log-in screen”

Please help so that I can continue with site development!

Help- My blog is gone after trying to install a plug-in

I was trying to install a plug-in called “wordpress-seo” and it said I need to update my WordPress in order to install but I wanted to take the time to go through backing up my WP files before upgrading so I just closed my browser and made a note to do that later. Well now I’m trying to get to my blog and after logging in I got the message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_user_meta() in /home/content/87/4218187/html/blog/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/admin/class-metabox.php on line 747

And now, its not even taking me to the log-in page and only saying:

Error establishing a database connection

I’m not a programmer or website expert by any means, so I’m really lost here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I tried to add widgets to my webstie all at once and it won’t even let me log on to delete them. I have no idea what I’m doing and there’s no one around to help me, and I seriously need it. When I get to my website, and try to edit things or type in the websites name ” www.Vulfolaic.com/admin ” I keep getting the same error message page that only reads “
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /data/25/2/15/126/2993452/user/3321932/htdocs/Portfolio2/wp-admin/includes/screen.php on line 897″

There is no other option to fix or remove information so It’s just stuck like that.
Please help me.
