]]>Not only that, support is pretty abysmal. When I wrote to say it wasn’t working I asked two things: whether the free plugin would work if my Vimeo channel itself had over 50 videos even though I’m only using 4 on my WP site AND if the API must be connected in order to input videos by hand. Technically, Mr. Ades answered those two questions saying that, NO the API doesn’t have to be used and YES you can use the free version regardless of how many videos a Vimeo channel holds, as long as what you’re using with this plugin isn’t over 50. But he offered not one suggestion as to WHAT to do, then, to get it working. What’s more, when I tried to reply to his ‘support’ email, it bounced back as undeliverable . . . twice.
Save yourself the time and look elsewhere.
]]>I had a technical issue with the drop down menu. I was told they had nothing to do with their own design and could not help. I was like, SERIOUSLY. I have the emails to back these FACTS UP.
The customer service is horrible.
