Test works but nothing else

Hi,

I have installed smtp2go and it all looks good, the test emails work perfectly.

But if I fill in any forms (powered by gravity forms) on our site, no emails are received despite the forms’ entries being created and stating the emails were sent to the server.

Any ideas on what else I may need to do to rectify this issue?

Forms are successfully submitting, but the emails are not being triggered. This is the case for all forms site wide. Previously, forms and emails were working successfully and have received no changes between then and now. Thank you in advance for any help/guidance!

Urgent – No Longer Getting Appointment Emails

Not sure why but all of a sudden no emails are arriving when an appt is placed. Worked fine today and out of he blue it just stopped. Thoughts? This is urgent as we are in the midst of our season. Spent 2 hours on it and nothing fixed it.

Hi,

I have purchased this plugin but the emails have stopped working. I have been trying to send a manual e-voucher via admin area and going to ‘Add Gift Voucher Order’ and entering the details there. This makes the order and voucher code all correctly, marking it as paid but it doesn’t send any emails to recipient or the buyer.
Please help as I don’t want to have to buy another plugin and waste the money spent on this one!

As of 2020-01-24, a previously working quiz now does not properly record answers and in many cases discards the question response. Additionally, user emails are not being generated. As a former software developer, I can’t seem to understand how software updates can be released to such a large user base without comprehensive QA. Very disappointing!

PLugin not working properly

the booking calender appears correctly and the form looks great but all of a sudden when someone books they Thanks message appears but no emails are sent to the booker or the admin
if i go to the admin panel and try to add a reservation manually i get the same thanks message but no emails are sent and the calendar still shows as available and no pending reservatios are shown in the control panel

Horrible re-vamp. Clunky and unintuitive. The follow-on update helped with some issues, but today I published a new post and nothing was sent out. Reports shows only previous reports. What a shame! I will have to ditch this plugin and go for something that works.

I have the same problem on another website. I had tried in every way but I still don’t an email when someone registers!!! So I have no way of knowing if someone had registered unless I manually check. The users are also in the dark because they don’t get an email after registration.

I really like the plugin and bought the image extension also. But only this feature is killing me. I had tried changing the php session from database sessions. No luck. The header text message is displayed from the Thank you page, but I don’t think the shortcode [pdb_signup_thanks] gets executed. ANy help would be highly appreciated. I have a large convention coming up and I am out of ideas.

I have a registration page. Users can register, but no email goes out to the user who submitted the form or to the admin. Email is working, I have tested that. I have installed SMTP plugin, I have Duplicate Record Field Check set to Record ID and Create a new record at submission. Records are being created.

The emails are supposed to go to [email protected] and to my gmail account. No emails goes out after approving the user either. Any help is highly appreciated.
