After the paypal payment, the download link(s) doesnt show up at all on the purchase confirmation page. Only the purchase number, amount of money and the name of the download is visible, nothing else.

How come and how to solve?

I’ve tested it when logged in to the site via WordPress admin page and the email seems to send with the links. This is to my business email address.

I have also tested it when logged out of the site and I dont even receive an email to my hotmail account.

Customers have said that they receive an email but there are no links to download the products in the email.

Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions?

I recently bought the professional package about a month ago at this point. (I currently have plugin and the compliment). They never sent me an email or updated my account for me to download the professional add on and my client is asking where the rest of his booking application is. I have a receipt and can verify that I bought it. I have submitted multiple tickets to them and have still heard nothing back over the past few weeks if anyone can help please advise on how to get a refund or what I paid for.

I have updated the database (post_meta etc.) so the urls are now pointing to the main. But that didn’t fix it. the solution I have now is to manually add the files again in the dashboard. Is there a faster way to make all File URLS added in the dashboard?

My product attributes are intact but I am missing the Name and the File URL

Email Before Download = 3.4.2
Download Monitor = 1.9.5
Contact Form 7 = 4.5

When the user enters their information the 1st time and presses submit, Contact Form 7 message indicates success (as does email received). Link does not display. When submission is done the 2nd time, all works as expected.

I have copied and pasted the same text

into a site origin editor widget on a page in my website https://www.redhatmagic.co.uk/wedding_magician/ which works fine and into a site origin editor on my home page where after the name and email address is entered the download link does not appear.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Also is it possible to have the Contact 7 form open in it’s own window?

And for an added bonus, I have added text to show what songs are on an album, but there is nothing being displayed after I publish it.

For some reason, even though all downloadable items have been set to ‘disregard shipping for this product’ when a customer attempts to purchase a downloadable (MP3) the shipping form appears on the checkout page. The result is that the wpecommerce program has started to ‘treat’ downloadables as physical products and the upshot is that once a customer has paid for their downloadable item in paypal they don’t get the download link in their purchase receipt (which is what should happen)

I upgraded to the latest version of wpecommerce but this didn’t fix the problem and I also tried to modify/create a new checkout form but this didn’t fix the problem either.
Can anyone help with this? Otherwise I will simply have to ditch wpecommerce and rebuild the shop from scratch using another plugin
