I have configured it for the last 24 hours, but nothing shows up, at the frontend and the backend.
If I try 4 days or more, only in the backend how many items disponible are show.
And I have a lot of data……..
If a try with a shortcode, I get something but not in the format I wish.
Have others the same problem of is it just me ?
If so what can be the problem ? I assume WordPress 5.6

I tried to hit the “Delete cache” button, no luck. In the admin, I don’t see any data, but in the wp_popularpostsdata
I can see all the view counts, and new views are recorded correctly.
I also tried to disable WP Super Cache completely (the plugin used to work with the Super cache enabled though).

Every 4 weeks, I get suddenly “No data so far”. I don’t touch the plugin, wether in the appearance-widget’s settings nor in the direct settings. Last month, after trying out so many different stuff, it started to work again but I don’t know WHY.
I went through the search and checked the response to the same topic and tried following (see below) but it didn’t help. Then I cleared the cache… then I came here and opened a new topic. Any idea what I could have done and should do to fix my problem?

no matter what i do i keep getting the “No data so far” message.
i have try to take several steps:
1. i cleared my website hosting cache as well as the WPP cache
2. as i’m using WPML i ahve try to disable it after i did that i de activated and reactivated WPP
3. i have deleted the plugin and re-installed it via the wordpress plugin section (not with ftp of my own copy of WPP)
4.* on my local server (using xampp) it is working fine, but when i have uploaded it to my godaddy account problem started.
it will be reeally great if you can assist me here as i would really like to use this great plugin on my site.

The plugin has been working perfectly for almost a year on my website, but suddenly it won’t catch the posts data anymore. I’ve already tried to reinstall it but the error persists. Why is it not cathing the post data?

]]>I activated the plugin several days ago and I have been navigating the site as an anonymous user (and logged in). Following the instructions and FAQ, I also verified that
1) wp_head(); is in my theme
2) my database user has create/update/modify permissions
Following some solutions in the forum, I’ve tried disabling other plugins, but this hasn’t resolved the issue.
I’m getting the ‘No Data’ error in the dashboard, regardless of the ways that I configure the settings.
My site is: https://scottsdale-home-decor.com, and I have the widget at the bottom of the right sidebar.
Is there anything you might be able to see that I’m missing?
