I have a problem, when two quests go to reservation form in the same time. When second reserve after first queest the same date and the same room he receives information on the screen:

We received your booking request. Once it is confirmed we will notify you via email.

but there is not information in administrators email or in admin panel.

Hello,
the plugin sends the contents of the forms correctly, however, does not display the success message “Message sent successfully” to the site visitor and it is displaying that animation arrows in a circle next to the “submit button” infinitely.
This topic has already been posted but no solution has been found.

Slow to submit, no notification

Hi Takayuki,

I am currently running WordPress version 4.4.5 with Ken Theme. The website is www.sonavisual.com

Previously, upon completion of our form on this page www.sonavisual.com/contact the person submitting a form would see a confirmation stating that we have received their communication and we will contact them shortly. This feature is still enabled on the back end. However, I have noticed seeing a 3-4 forms come in at a time. When I asked clients, they said they were not sure if it went through.

When I tested it myself, I noticed the wheel spun for 20-30s (too long) and then upon submission, the confirmation line does not appear. Further, the form does not auto-clear so it is challenging for our client to know if their form submitted or not.

Can you please assist me on resolving this? I can provide further details on our build, just not sure what you would require.

Hi all, I’m having what seems to be a common problem. Before directing me to this page (https://contactform7.com/faq/#The_spinning_arrow_icon_shows_up_once_I_submit_a_form) I already read it. I tried switching themes and I tried disabling all plugins except for CF7 but neither worked. I just get the spinning icon then it disappears. Does anyone have other ideas on why I’m not getting a confirmation message

Popup not confirming or closing after subscription

I’ve been using this plugin on another website and after subscribing there is a confirmation text. On my website there is no text and the pop up doesn’t close either so it’s really confusing. Cause the registration works but nothing shows it worked.
Can someone help.
I’m using the bramble theme.

Form not giving confirmation

I have a client who is using a contact form. On that form, when a user hits submit, a spinning wheel comes up. The message is sent to the correct email account, but the spinning wheel never stops and does not give confirmation that it went through.

Nothing happens when someone subscribes

Hi there!

SO i just made a mailchimp account and set up a subscription page on my blog using the embedded code I go off of my mailchimp account. I set up my other things like what I want my confirmation email to say and all that. However, I have had multiple people tell me that when they subscribe through my website page nothing happens. I assume they get an email because they DO get added to my list…. but there is no ‘thank you for subscribing’ pop up or anything on the page after they submit their email. As a result, they think it’s broken or they keep submitting multiple times. People recommended that I download this plugin to help me figure it out, but I’m still lost as to how to fix this glitch. I know the newsletter subscription link is functional, but my users don’t- please help!

Confirmation Message Not Being Sent

We have our contact forms set so that when someone completes it they will receive an email that includes a confirmation and message. We have tested the form several times now using a variety of email address (NOT the one listed in our account). We completely fill out the forms but have not received any confirmation email.

We have it set to send a message with a specific response. I’ve clicked all the appropriate options, filled in the email response content and made sure that the email field is enabled. And yet no confirmations are being sent.

New subscribers don't get confirmation emails, not added to list

I have double-opt-in selected, am using no checkboxes. I created a new API key for this plugin. When I subscribe with a test email, I get the ‘thank you’ message but never get an email confirmation, and the address is never added to the mailing list. I tried this with two different addresses (not already on the list).
