I am backing up my site to Google Drive from a local install. Everything does as supposed and backups appear in the plugin. When I go to my Google Drive, there is nothing there. Like nothing. There is supposed to be 3 x backup.
Also automated backups have not ben kicking in. Is that because no cron jobs on a local installation.
If backups are not thrown out on Google Drive, where are they then?
I am checking G Drive, the UpdraftPlus folder.
I am loggged into Google Drive as admin and authenticated. As mentioned, the backup seems to run.

]]>This week some of my sites are experiencing the following:
1. Go to create a Duplicator backup package.
2. Size of sites is anywhere between 70mb and 250mb. This is nothing unusual.
3. Create package, says, “all good!” but the packages are less than 5mb!!!
No errors, no nothing, just a baby package. No indication of failure, which is REALLY bad of course, because the casual user may believe Duplicator worked.
I haven’t exploded the packages, so I don’t know what is in them.
Any recommendations?
The cluster of sites is controlled by MainWP. Other plugins include Yoast, Updraft Plus (which is having its own set of problems), Wordfence, Sucuri, plus others. Duplicator is deployed to a dozen sites, only half of them are broken.
I cannot identify any pattern.
Any help?
]]>Under wordpress settings I updated the URL from https://canadadtiredoctors.com to https://www.tiredoctors.com and hit save. The website domain “tiredoctors.com” was acquired though an acquisition for our company. However, I built the website using WordPress and the url canadatiredoctors.com. Hostpapa is our website host. We haven’t fully transfered the url yet. After hitting save, the website I built using word press is completely unavailable.
Is there a way I can revert back or help save the website. Unfortunately we did not back the website up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

]]>I have the free version to trial but no backups are made when I use it.
Clicking the backup button brings up a dialog to select full or custom. I select full and the backup button changes to “backing up”. After a while the dialog box closes. There is a momentary flash of the word “delete” in a red box and then nothing.
There are no backups listed and I can’t see any in wp-content/uploads/backup-guard via FTP.
Your help with this issue would be appreciated.
Thanks
Graham
To my concern I discovered that since November 2016 Updraftplus stopped creating backups of my website. When I look at the files on my Dropbox account, you can see that the last received backup was 30 November 2016.

I expected Updraftplus to create reliable backups of my website and save them to Dropbox automatically everyday.

Did I get the configuration of the plugin wrong somewhere?
Finally, I have noticed that Updraftplus created more than 240 backups of my website since May 2016. Is there an easy way to have these old backups removed without having to delete them each one by one?

Hopefully you can give me right instructions.
Kind regards,
