Hi,
I figured out that the player is not working with Iphone 12 using safari or chrome.
No audio is reproduced when click on Play.

How can this be fixed?

Hi there,

I am having issues with the plugin, it was working when I first installed it but now audio does not play and wave forms do not load 80% of the time, only showing a flat greyish bar.

I’ve tried testing on different computers and different browsers, chrome seems to be the only one that sometimes works however not very often…

I am using WordPress OceanWP theme and embedding the audio player in TablePress.

I have reduced the files down to 128kbps MP3 however this has not improved the situation.

I hope you can help with a solution as the plugin is great when it works!

No player appears on iPhone IOS 12

I have a bitnami wordpress site, and everything works. I can browse to the page with Polly enabled and listen to the speech version of the text.

When I navigate to the same page on my iPhone, no player appears and I’m unable to hear anything.

Is there a setting to enable mobile?

I’m probably missing something obvious, however there’s no audio when the video plays in WordPress. The video has audio if I play it in a video player.

Some audio podcasts not playing after update to 1.14.4

After updating the plugin, I noticed that some episodes do not play anymore.

Hello,

First of all, thank you very much for your work with the plugin.

The problem.
Tonight I decided to move BBB from http to https.
Everything works just fine when connected via an authenticated account.(WP account)
WebRTC works and audio is even better than with Flash.
The only problem I cannot seem to fix is that normal listeners who access the Webinar without a username and password are not hearing anything.
The speaker icon is not displayed in the user list.
This only happens with unauthenticated users and only on https.
Authenticated users are able to hear just fine and the speaker icon is being displayed.

Any special settings for the plugin while deployed on https BBB?

Plugin Not Working

Sorry for the non-specific title, but basically this plug-in isn’t working on my site. The album covers do not load and the music does not play. I have tried removing/re-uploading the music to my server and even re-encoding the music files. The player itself seems to function, but when I hit the play button nothing happens, and it returns to the “pause” state within a few seconds. The page on my website that is having problems is:

I temporarily activated the Twenty12 theme (WP version 3.8.2) to troubleshoot the seriously simply podcasting plugin, but when I click on “play” there is still no audio. I can download it, but the file doesn’t play. The page I’m referring to is:

Time Bar Jerkiness (Win OS) / No Audio (Mac OS)

I love this player! It’s working on one site I’ve got up but not working right on another site. Both sites have Elegant Themes templates as their starting points, modified with child themes.

There’s a player under each of the 12 tiles. The playback is correct and the time bar moves smoothly across the player. This is an older version of the plugin because the newer version has a jumpy elapsed time bar, so I went back to the older version which works fine.

This site (page) is having problems:

The 3 players (played one at a time) each have elapsed time jerkiness, even with the older version in use. The newer version is much worse in this regard. Also, two people have reported the player not working at all. I believe these people have Mac computers as every Windows computer I’ve tested the player sounds fine (but still has the elapsed time jerkiness). I don’t have any way to test on Macs, but I noticed in your video, it’s a Mac, so maybe you will find the problem.
