Unable to create next-gen versions

I have backed up my files per your help page, and verified those backups exist (I copied the entire /uploads/ folder. But I am a still getting:

Because the selected images did not have a backup copy, Imagify was unable to create next-gen versions.

I’ve been using NextGEN Gallery for a few years. I swirched to NextGEN because the other galleries I used omn my wedding photography site seemed to have issue, especially when viewing my site on a mobile phone. I’m much happier using NextGEN Gallery and I’m happy to give you my recomendation.

After bouncing around looking for THE plugin for my photography, I came across this. It was straightforward to configure and I received immediate help when I had a couple of snags when configuring checkout. I’d love to see a few enhancements to the pricelist end of things and also preventing an order to go straight to a lab without approval and replacement of an image. I am also planning on setting this plugin up on another website I maintain. The search by tag is fantastic and very useful for photography groups that have competitions.

Serve images in next-gen formats

After install and Setup also, google shows error saying “Serve images in next-gen formats?Potential savings of….”

we planed to buy Pro plan, but before that we checked and we found the the plugin as so many errors, Confuse and no reply from Plugin developer

Markup showing in the image description

For some reason the website has started showing the mark up in the description when you click on an image. Any thoughts on how to fix it would be greatly appropriated

NextGEN crashes when trying to add photo

When I try to add a photo to a gallery my site essentially crashes with this error message:

“Import Photocrati Galleries
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

The email sent says that the theme (Photocrati) produced a “fatal error.”

So, what do I do to rectify this problem?

I’m using:

Photocrati Pro 5.0.8

NextGEN Pro 1.16.2

PhP 7.4
