When Nextgen is setup to display images in Fancy Lightbox or Thickbox, all the links in the site open up in a lightbox. External links won’t open up at all. When the lightbox is changed to some other setting, ie. simple light box. All the links in the site open properly

Lightbox only working on gallery?

When I click on an individual image in my post the lightbox does not open to show the image. I remember this used to work in the past.

The lightbox does work when I click on an image inside a gallery.

Is there a setting I am missing?

Problems with nextgen gallery plus (masonry layout)

Hi,

Recently I have encountered with this problem:

I have three page builder rows in one of my pages. Each row has a visual editor widget which respectively has a nextgen gallery. You can see all pictures (previews) correct. However, if you press a picture to see an enlarged copy in a lightbox, a wrong picture appears if I press a preview in the upper two rows – a picture from the lowest row appears. This is very important to me as this is the core of my business – to show cool picture to the potential customers.

The problem is universal as long as there are several rows with different nextgen galleries on one page. Even the news dynamic page which combines several posts show only the lowest gallery pictures in the lightbox regardless of the pic you press.

Open lightbox directly from compact album

When using the compact album, when you choose a gallery, it reopens the page with the album’s gallery listing removed, and instead shows the photos from the gallery with no way to go back. Instead of doing that, is there a way to make is so when the gallery image is clicked, that it opens the lightbox directly starting at the 1st image?

Async Js preventing Nextgen Pro Lightbox from loading correctly

Hi! Thanks for this plugin. It works great!

I have no problem with CSS, but when I activate Js asynchronous load my lightboxes don’t load.

I use Nexgtgen Pro Lightbox. You can see one of these at my site at this url: https://www.alvarezdemarcos.com/portfolio/flamenco/

When you click on an image it opens the lightbox. Right now it works ok since I have async Js deactivated, but if I activate it, the lightbox only loads a black screen.

I think I should exclude the right Js files, but i don’t know which ones. I tried to exclude all .js files I found in the source code of that page, but didn’t worked.

What can I do?

image colour changes when opened in lightbox

Why does the colour of my photo change when I open the image in lightbox from NextGen thumbnail? The thumbnail looks fine but the larger image is very grainy and red.

Instead of showing all the pictures in the gallery as thunbnails on the page, I’d like to show just one of them, but still show and be able to step through the gallery photos, under Lightbox, when that one image is clicked. Not a slideshow.
Is this possible? I can’t find any settings to do this.
