Removal of file names

I don’t want the jpeg file name visible in my blog posts – how do i remove them. I went in and phycailly removed the file name in the image list but it defaults back. thanks

Images not uploading to Gallery

When I go to upload images (resized 600 px) I click upload and the red symbol turns yellow triangle. No error message pops up, only says 0 images uploading.

Nex-Gen Filesystem permissions problem

Hello I am trying to upload pictures to Nex-Gen Gallery and every time I get the following message:
Could not write to file. Please check filesystem permissions. Filename: /export/sites/campfrederickohio/webroot/wp-content/gallery/pictures

I am rather a novice with wordpress but have been learning but I have no clue what this means.

I got an error code trying to upload pictures into Nexgen gallery. I check the php error log on my server and found the error here: wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/security/class.wordpress_security_manager.php on line 69

The error is “PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()”

That argument is the “HTTP_COOKIE_VARS” which is depreciated in PHP 4.01.

I’m not sure if that’s what’s throwing the error…

Here’s line 69 in totalforeach ($GLOBALS['HTTP_COOKIE_VARS'] as $key => $value)

nex gen galleries conflicts

I am trying to use multiple galleries on a single page for artists.

When I click to the next page in a gallery, the whole page loads to page two in every gallery, not just the one I am browsing.

wordpress not reading .swf file

I am using the NexGen Gallery and I am trying to get the slideshow function to work and having no luck. So I installed the JW addon for it and and pointed it to the sfw file for JW. Also I am getting no luck.

For 1, I cannot upload swf files via WP. I have to use my FTP in order to get the files on the server.

2, WP will not read these files and the slideshows are not working.

Any suggestions?

Can't get image display from nexgen to link to nexgen gallery

I have used the following code in the custom-home.php using irresistable theme.

No matter what I try, all of the images link to the last blog post that shows up on my homepage.

The way the sidebar / extra bars are appearing is perfect on that page.

If you click on any of the posts, the sidebar changes it content to something random, see:

How do I keep the same sidebar on all pages of the site?

Second thing:

You see the gallery down at the bottom of the page, I want to be able to click on that and the gallery zooms out to the centre of the window and allows a slideshow. At the moment it links to another page and doesn’t works :S I’m using NexGen can you recommend anything else?
