I have deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce, Elementor and Elementor Pro. Since the site is still under development, I am not using any cache plugins. I’ve tried to login via incognito windows all to no avail. However, when I try to register as a customer via WordPress’ UI, I don’t encounter any issues. I am able to register a new user without a problem. However, when a user registers via WordPress UI, they are registered as a “subscriber”.
Any user registered via Woocommerce is registered as a “customer”, which is prefered. As mentioned earlier, all users who registered via Woocommerce, even though they get an error message, they are registered as “customers”.
Can anyone help me identify the problem?
]]>The returning email is always from email.imailfree.cc
Is this spam? Cause I’m starting to think it is and how do I stop it? I’m still so new to blogging and wordpress I don’t know where to resolve this. My Gmail is being blown up by all these “new user registrations”.
Or is this people trying to subscribe to my blog? I really have no idea.
Any help or insight would be great.

]]>I have Woocommerce & WordPress and Membership plugin.
I have created a new User Role called “MEMBER” and you still have all the other general User Roles in WordPress for Administrator, Subscriber etc.
We are ONLY actually ADDING in New Members MANUALLY .. in backend of WordPress.
I would like to CHANGE the email that gets sent to particular User Role called “MEMBER” only …
I am only going to be adding in Business Name, Address, Phone & Email that’s all at the bottom.
The standard WordPress email is not very inviting or professional looking with NO details of the Business name on the bottom.
So I’ve downloaded your plugin and setting this up.
Currently all the email says is:
Username: [email protected]
To set your password, visit the following address:
https://domainname.com.au/login/?action=rp&key=qGWXeb9cfIP9pecVCJaO&login=????
https://domainname.com.au/login/
I’m trying to find the correct ONE to change or ADD.
I found the “NEW USER REGISTRATION FOR USER” so assume that is the one I want.
HOW do I ADD the relevant fields that it sends please ?
AND when I’m creating the Email for New User Registration – There is NO option to choose the USER ROLE for “MEMBER” at all ? I can’t see it anywhere ?
I need that to function otherwise it will send to ALL User Registration, and I ONly need it sent to New User Registration for “MEMBER” User Role only …
Please advise.
Thanks
Kristin
I need some advice with an issue I’ve been facing lately.
I keep getting emails from WordPress about password changes and new user registration on my website. All they say is this:
Password changed for user: wpuser_qbrnuaitibka
or
New user registration on your site Dana Paraschiv | Blog de C?l?torii:
Username: wpuser_qbrnuaitibka
Email: [email protected]
This happens once every few days and I only receive this emails, there is no notification about the contact form or newsletter subscribe being completed.
Is there any way I can stop this? Or is it something dangerous I should look out for?
Thank you so much for your help!
]]>I have tried it with all 3 options i.e.,
1. Default, 2. Email Activation and 3. Manual Approval
BUT none of them have worked for me. I will really appreciate, any assistance to make it happen for me.
Thanks,
]]>When someone registers for my site, they are sent an activation email. So that works as expected. However, they also receive an email saying that their account is activated at the same time without them actually clicking the link.
Checking the db and the members pages verifies that they are considered to have their email activated.
I am running Ultimate Membership Pro with Buddyboss Platform and the BuddyBoss theme. I have looked everywhere and everything seems to be correct.
Anyone have any ideas?

For my woocommerce website, when a new user registered, it sends an email from [email protected]. I want the system to send from another email address such as [email protected].
How can I change that ? I have been looking for all the settings of WordPress, WooCommerce and CleanLogin, but couldn’t find.
Could anybody help ?
Thanks in advance.
