So for example if a customer places an order, opens the credit card payment and the payment is declined, the new order notification is sent to the admin
Can i modify it in any way so that the new order email is only sent when the order status was put in “processing” and NOT on “failed” ?

I want to remove the secondary “?Options: Black” from the admin new order email.

]]>I just starting running some test transactions on a new site (also new to woocommerce) and when I generate a test order, both the customer and store get two duplicate emails each. Additionally, for the store email, the From address shows “Welcome” as the customer name and then the actual email address that was used during the checkout.
Could you tell me how I can fix this issue?
