I have a suggestion for 2 options that would be useful:

– Clear cache only for specific roles.

– Load a new file only if it has been changed and cache all other files.

Create a PHP File?

WP File Manager gives me the options of creating a TXT, CSS, or HTML file. Can I use it to create a PHP file?

“unable to make temporary file for upload” error when trying to upload files

So when I try to upload a new file, or overwrite an existing one, I get the error “unable to make temporary file for upload”. I can edit files and it says they are saved.

How do I fix this?

Will ‘restore’ remove new files on site or just replace ones it backed up?

If I’ve created a new page since my last backup, will restore remove that new page or just replace the pages it backed up last week. By way of analogy, If I try to move a file on Windows by using Edit – move to folder…, I get a message if the file is already on the new folder. in other words, Windows looks to see if it is there already and asks me if I want to replace it, duplicate or ignore it. While I am sure UD won’t ask me this, will it leave a file alone on the site if it doesn’t have one to replace it with? Thanks Chris

Change the header for only one page on a website

Hi, I’m trying to edit the header for just one landing page on a website I’m working on. We want to have a different phone number for just one page (it’s a tracking phone number), but I’m not positive on how to edit the header for just one page.

After looking around, I’m thinking I can create an additional header.php file and then create a new template (just copy and paste everything so it all looks/functions the same) and then have this new template use the additional header.php file I created. In that new header.php file, I would just hardcode the new phone number.

However, I can’t seem to edit the header file as easy as I thought because I can’t find the phone number…would that content be in a different file?

If someone has a quick walk through process on how I can edit the header’s phone number for just one page, that would be great. Thank you!

Fatal error Notice on backend

I tried to add a new file on the backend of my site.
I received a fatal error note that I’m showing below.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_editor() in …\plugins\download-manager\wpdm-add-new-file.php on line 46

Please let me know what I did wrong to get this. It was working fine previously, until I logged on recently to add new files.
