Hello,

As the title says, I have a big problem with my website, as memberships are never terminating by default. I always have to fix the membership end date by hand.

I’ve tried deactivating then reactivating the plugin, but this is without any effect.

It would be a huge help if PMPro had a built-in tool to verify and fix the status of each members marked as “End Date: Never”.

Is there any option available already? Anything that I’ve missed?

Required I2P location DB unavailable + Can not delete the plugin

The plugin requires the I2PLocation DB to work. The DB requires an account in order to be downloaded. The account creation requires an email verification that could never sent any verification emails for some unknown reason.
As the cherry on top of this (expletive) you can deactivate the plugin but you can not delete it. What?!!! …because the plugin is still active on the site.
The whole thing looks very amateurish

Update Frequency not working

Hello,

The update frequency is always set to “Never Synchronize”. It cannot be changed either. It will be reset automatically. So no data is fetched from Google.

The problem exists with several installations. Until some time ago it was set to daily. After one of the last updates suddenly not anymore.

This page can’t load Google Maps correctly error on admin

I have been having some issue with the maps for a while. I have billing enabled and have several keys i can try. What i have finally noticed is that the error on the admin “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly” is generated from an error in console “You are using this API with a key”. I have the key installed on the settings page, but i do see in console the call going out as “https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?v=3&key&ver=3” Also when i add a new location the map now doesn’t come up with a map, it always says “location not found”. On the front end the existing maps still seem to show, which is very weird. Any help would be appreciated.

Never Opened of Clicked

In the previous version, there was a feature that showed subscribers that had never opened or clicked. It was a convenient way to remove deadbeat subscribers. Can’t find a way to do that with the new version 3.

Yes, it’s very confusing trying to figure out what changed in the new version. Frustrating. Plenty of features I don’t need and can’t use. Lost some nice little features that were no big deal.

I really need this “never opened or clicked” back again.

I used Mailpoet2 (MP2) for a year or more, and it worked fine. Then, when MP3 was introduced, MP2 went buggy, driving me to look at MP3. MP3 never worked. Mail never senbds, not one single time. So, I went back to MP2 and… mail never went out.

I posted in the forums, asking for ANY help or ideas from the developers. Not a peep. Not one reply. Nothing.

A few days later, still searching vainly in the 12 or so forums I subscribed to for help getting MP3 or MP2 to work, I stumbled across a short comment my Mailpoet that their sending service, the “free for 2000 subscribers” sending service, was taken down “due to abuse”. Sure, abuse. Not that MP3 is actually functional on my end.

I changed my theme, but it still failed. I disabled every single plugin except MP3, and still broken. It sends test emails, but never sends the post notifications. My cronjobs never send mail, and they are correctly set up. The ‘Send Button” was removed from MP2, and is not present in MP3 (THANKS, MP! You ROCK)

So, from my position as a 20+ year Internet developer/hardware designer/R+D engineer, I give MailPoet ZERO stars and have deleted them from my site forever. There are actual real products available which work flawlessly out-of-the-box, and you can even roll your own with software that will run on your own machine.

Goodbye, Mailpoet. Good riddance, and shame on me for ever tolerating your non-responsive behavior and your “it worked when we published it” attitude.

Popup still shows after checking Never Show this Again

Everytime I try to upload a picture (e.g. to the header or the media library) it never uploads or even loads! the loading icon is there permanently! when I try to upload something, an ‘error try again later’ message pops up. I am using the lovecraft theme. Any help guys? Sorry, I’m a beginner…

hide stock statues on the product page

I want to use the stock management but do not want to show stock information to the visitors. In other words I want to hide stock statues. I have edited the inventory tab under the product tab to “Never show stock amount” on “stock display format”. But it does not function. Any help would be appreciated.

[SOLVED] "Customize" page never loads

When I try to customize my site using Appearance>Customize, the side panel loads for the options but the actual preview never loads. How can I fix this?
