Apply settings across entire multisite network

This plugin says it is multi-site compatible, but I couldn’t find information about this use case. Anybody know if I can take the settings for the main site and simultaneously apply them to all subsites? I have a site with 150+ subsites which will use the same values as the main site. Can I avoid going into every single one to update plugin settings?

network plugins not working on multi-site

I have multi-site set up with subdomains. I am running C-panel and I have one primary site and 4 subsites set up as subdomains. My sites show up in the network manager, but they don’t seemed to be linked otherwise. My primary reason for setting up multi site was so that my sites could share plugins and plug-in permissions but this does not seem to be working. My primary site is working fine and has all the plug-ins it is supposed to, and the plug-ins show up on my network manager and have the option to “Network Activate” and “Deactivate” but each subsite has its own set of plugins adn is not getting fed the plugins from the primary site. Anyone have any idea what is going on?

Network Plugins nor Bulk Group Actions nor Groups Dropdown Display on One Site

We juggle and configure over 250 plugins across different sites and your plugin makes it possible to save the sets/groups of plugins that are active on each site as a group and then quickly activate or deactivate them. Something strange has happened on a single site on a WP 4.0.1 network and I am at a loss.

This happened recently following some upgrades.

On one site the network plugins will not display, nor will the group management controls appear. Group options do not appear in the bulk actions drop down and the additional drop down listing groups does not appear.

These features appear and work fine on 60+ other sites on the network, it is only this one site that is having an issue and of course its one of the busier site.

I have done all the standard troubleshooting.

I tried changing various plugin settings and saving the changes and then changing them back.

I deactivated all plugins on the entire network and activated only Plugin Organizer and a few others network wide and still could not get the network plugins and group controls to display on the plugin page on this site. They displayed fine on all other sites.

I tried a different theme on the trouble site without any change.

I flushed the site rewrite rules.

I flushed the browser cache and plugin data.

I tried multiple browsers without success.

I activated debug and no error messages related to Plugin Organizer are present.

I checked the site error log and no errors appear there either.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Incompatibility with WP Engine's object cache

I discovered a big problem with this plugin when it’s activated on my website through WP Engine. Visiting the network plugins page results in a blank white screen.

This happens with the plugin activated and WPE’s object cache activated. If I force-deactivate the plugin (by renaming its folder), then the network plugins page loads. If I leave the plugin activated but turn of WPE’s object cache, then the network plugins page loads. But have both activated, and the network plugins page won’t load.

About Sub-sites backup in Multisite Installations

Hi,

I see that the plugin needs a premium extension is needed for WordPress Multisite. Can you tell me if the plugin itself doesn’t work(to backup subsite content) on Multisite Installation without the premium extension?

I have a few doubts and wish you clarify

1) I would like to know if it backsup everything including the sub-site content.

2) Does it support Multi Network plugins(Not a general Multisite setup)

3) Hope it won’t cause issues if we use Custom domains.

4) Are you planning to add SugarSync.com and Copy.com in the backup services list? I love to use Copy.com or atleast SugarSync.

Multi site plugin issues

Hello

This is my first post so please be kind. I am a WordPress n00b.

After a bit of mucking around I have configured Multi site to work and everything was going fine until i tried to Network activate some Plug-ins from Network-Admin, Plugins. Now the plugins are fine on the Main site but the second site plugins are not showing up. This message shows when i go to the plugins on the second site “The plugin facebook-plugin-pro/fbConnectCore.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist”.

I have three messages like that for various plugins but i think it is all related and not just down to the plugin.

How do I access network plugins in individual sites?
In Network Admin I can add plugins and network activate them.
In my individual sites I can’t add plugins, nor can I see/access the network plugins.
