I am trying to make the boxes around my navigation menu shorter instead of going all the way from the top I already reduce the padding (between the header and body) and changed the color of the menu but I cant see how to adjust the height. I would like to make them hald of what they are now. sunshineinternational.us

I am having problems with my secondary menu and I was hoping someone here could help me.

I am trying to make an indivdual secondary menu for every item in the main header menu.

Unfortunately I do not know how to do this.

For people who do not know what I mean:
bodybuilding.com has a similar menu structure.

(click on “nutrition” and you know what I mean)

I need to create pages that have their own main navigation.
I’ve just started and here is my site -> https://lularocha.com
Now I need the page “DSG1142” to have a different header and it’s own main navigation.
Should I call this a subsite?
Is this possible?
And if yes, how do a create a top level navigation to link back to the main site?

Theme 2011 says, “Your theme supports 1 menu.” I want my navigation structure to have 5 menu items, with a few submenus. I can’t figure out how to do this. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

I thought I had found the answer to my quest when I discovered the plugin pagenavi, but now I’m not sure. This is what I’m seeking:

Many of the test templates include a post (always the last one on the protopage) that is entitled something like “post with links and three pages within.” Some of these templates–but not all–include a navigation structure at the end of the post. ( previous,1,2,3,last,you get the idea) How is that done? Thanks.
