3 Pre-Sales Question re: Agency Plan
Please tell me how can I fix this
It would be greatly appreciated!!!
]]>Bulk import doesn’t work, error. Single import works but error on first try, click “try again” and works. Repeat it few more times and eventually my site firewall blocks me. Why?
How can I fix this? What’s the problem exactly? What’s causing this and why? There’s no malicious activity, it’s just importing products from one website to another.
How can I get the logs to see what’s up? I can unblock myself to access wp-admin/ but that’s not a good solution to do always when I import products. My site will block everyone including me. I don’t have wordfence plugin so idk.
Please advise, help me get the logs but idk where and let’s see together what’s up? I want to get this issue resolved.
Host: Namecheap
Who’s the culprit?
Edit:
The firewall on this server is blocking your connection.
You need to contact the server owner or hosting provider for further information.Your blocked IP address is: X.X.X.X
The hostname of this server is: XXXXYou can try to unblock yourself using ReCAPTCHA:`
I don’t feel safe revealing my blocked IP address nor hostname of that server I have due to security reasons or paranoid of getting messed up by someone.
]]>I am currently using Namecheap with Stellar to host my site of Susbuddy.com
In the Cpanel for Susbuddy.com the Softaculous app installer and one of the script options is WordPress.
I originally ( rather foolishly ) designer my site with SiteBuilder which I now wish to move away from.
The question I have is if I install WordPress in my route directory of [ redundant link removed ] will that mean my current site is gone?
How could I allow some time for designing the site in WordPress before replacing the site built in WebsiteBuilder?
My estimate is to:
– install WordPress in a directory like /xyz_for_development_use
-design website as normal take as long as I like.
-when ready, using file manager in cPanel in public_html/web.config change the references to ncsitebuilder (namecheaps WebsiteBuilder) to xyz_for_development_use
Is this how to do it or am I going to just mess up everything if I try this?

]]>I have Wordfence installed on WordPress and using EasyWP as the host, but having trouble optimizing the firewall. It detects NGINX as the Server configuration, but doesn’t optimize despite running through the same wizard numerous times.
EasyWP support helped with hiding .user.ini too – https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/optimizing-the-firewall/#hide-userini-nginx
What else could be missing to complete the Firewall optimization?
Thanks.
]]>I’m using namecheap.com for the domain management. The web- and mail-server is hosted at wp-projects.de.
The DKIM entries for MailPoet get rejected as “invalid”:
https://stefankremer.de/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/02-Mailpoet-DKIM.jpg
The WP-Projects MX requires DKIM entries as well:
https://stefankremer.de/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/01-WP-Projects-DKIM.jpg
both DKIM entries are part of my DNS entries at NameCheap:
https://stefankremer.de/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/03-Namecheap-DNS-Entries-scaled.jpg
As you might see, I adjusted the MailPoet CNAME entries to omit the FQDN (tried with FQDN as well – same result – acc. to https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/188-how-to-set-up-mailpoet-sending-service#dns), whereas the TXT entries are still as requested (which I believe is the way to do – I stand corrected).
Does the DKIM entry for the WP-Projects mailserver interfere with the entry for MailPoet and causes the “invalid” response?
Thanks for any help
