Forms no longer working

More Forminator problems. The captcha stopped working preventing my forms from being said.

I have redone the captcha and changed its type.

My (14 page form) gets me to the end and on submission returns

‘Error: Your form is not valid, please fix the errors!.’

There are no errors on the form.

This is another issue I am facing. My customers need to able to fill in this form without it failing.

It is beginning to look like I will have to look elsewhere.

Not impressed.

Show Customer Name instead of N/A when no shipping address

I’ve been trying to figure out how to show the just the customer Name instead of N/A when there is no shipping address. I just want to print packing slips for my local pickup customers. Even if I select use Billing Address when there is no shipping, it still leaves an area where Shipping Address would go that has N/A. I just want the packing slip to include the name, but if I can even just get the billing info (with address) but WITHOUT the N/A placeholder for shipping address I’ll settle for that. If I can code it please let me know. But if it requires purchasing the custom template just to do that one thing, I’ll buy it, but that’s all I need. Thanks.

We are using Gravity forms (ajax enabled on forms) and Orbtr in combination with this plugin. While some data is recorded such as email address is recorded from gravity forms the first and last name keep showing up as first name: n/a last name: n/a and some leads do not seem to appear at all but still show up in orbtr.

Multiple (Daily) Meetings Same Location

Open question to author and all users of this plugin. I live in an area that has many meetings that meet daily. Say for an example “Ask Bill” meets Monday – Friday at 7:00 am, and then on Saturday at 7:30 am.

My question is, is there a way I can choose multiple days when choosing the day for meeting?

My only Solution now is to add meetings in this Manner

Ask Bill – Monday
Ask Bill – Tuesday
Ask Bill – Wednesday

etc., etc.

Are there other users out there with the same problem? If so how are you handling it. I have to manually enter over 600 meetings, our meeting guide w
list was never setup in any database format.
