I mean, why? What is WordPress doing??
(seems like this BBS can’t format code blocks properly. But you get what I mean)
Problems:
1) I used to have +/- icons next to all my events/content (on the far right of the screen). These icons have disappeared.
2) When I create a new event (new content), it for some reason automatically shows on BOTH my language sites.
3) In “Languages” I get the notification “There are posts, pages, categories or tags without language. You can set them all to the default language.” But I cannot. When I click the hyperlink, nothing happens. Also, I tried the “Languages” –> “Setup”, but in Step two “Content without language” for some reason I cannot move on. The page just keeps loading.
4) My front page sometimes works fine, and sometimes it loads a “Nothing found” page.
I have updated to the newest WordPress edition, as well as updated my theme and all plugins.
hopeful regards,
Simon

I have a serious problem with the Woocommerce email. I can’t modify my email, and it looks terrible when I make a test order. I tried several plugins to customize the template email, but nothing has worked. I receive the same email all the time.
Could anyone suggest a solution to this issue? Many thanks.
Please keep it in mind I am not a pro
So upon measuring my sites speed on Gtmetrix I noticed that my pages were a somehow racking up hundreds of requests. I investigated by looking under the waterfall tab on GTmetrix and found hundreds of requests for something called a pblock (you can see them if you scroll down the waterfall section on the Gtmetrix link I’ve included.
I have no idea what they are or how to get rid of them. Any ideas?
The problem is, the whole main menu often vanishes by itself as if it’s deleted after I click “Save Menu”. Sometimes half of the menu items get deleted, seems random. I have created the menu for several times by now. Very frustrating.
Just to clarify, it all happens on the Admin->Appearance->Menus page, it’s not a front end theme/css/js etc. issue.
I’m not a WP noob, I’m a regular intermediate WP user. I see such problem for the first time in my life.
Eventually I arrive at the tentative conclusion that this plugin is simply for displaying linked images with manually entered text and automatically generated buttons below them, with the plugin’s primary function being to display these image-text-button combinations by a selectable pattern of columns and rows. Wouldn’t it have been great to have been told that up front I say to myself, instead of having to go through a protracted Sherlock Holmes mystery process of figuring it out the hard way?
Oh well I’ve got it at least partially figured out now, and I’m thinking this plugin might have some limited utility eventually, but there are still some questions remaining so I’m asking them here.
1) If I understand correctly, the Gutenberg and shortcode options are intended to be two different ways of accomplishing the same thing. Except they don’t. The ‘Link to the page I need help with’ at[ redundant link removed ] is done with the Gutenberg method and a second page /test-page-2/ is done with a shortcode, and the image sizes are different. Is this supposed to be a feature, or is it a bug? Is there any particular reason to use one or the other, like in terms of page rendering time or SEO or just having the images displayed in different sizes, or what?
2) What is the full and real story about the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin please? Spare me another hour or two of detective work if you don’t mind. Why, when it indicates it’s resizing every image in my Media Library, does it not appear to do anything? Are there new thumbnails created somewhere in some secret place? How am I supposed to access those secret thumbnails when I add or edit a Product? OR am I supposed to just select any sized image I’ve uploaded to go with my product and THEN click on the ‘Regenerate Thumbnails’ button, and whatever secret place the thumbnails are stored in then gets accessed by your plugin and I never have to bother my pretty little head about them again?
Thanks for your help.
I often post for help in the wrong forums, so I apologies if I’m doing that again here, as it is a site not hosted by WordPress. (Hope im in the right place)
My site is showing as insecure, and I think I know why, but I cant find where to change the links!
If you go into View Page Source and scroll down to line 285, there are a whole bunch of outgoing http links …But they just aren’t anywhere to be found!
If anyone has any ideas/clues, I would massively appreciate it.
The animated gif is an engine cross section down at the bottom of the page. It should be going through cycle.
This is the image by itself.

The image is NOT resized. Here is the code for it:

What am I doing wrong?
