Also, it would be nice to know how to remove a self-hosted WordPress site form my Dashboard. It appears you can only “hide” the sites you don’t want to see. That does not ultimately solve my problem.
Thanks!

]]>I’ve recently started a new WordPress site under a new account, but want to transfer this to my existing account so I can administer both at the same time.
I looked at the How To pages on how to do this (https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/) which states that I should go to the ‘My Blogs’ page under the Dashboard menu, and do the transfer for there. However, in my Dashboard, I only have ‘Home’ and ‘Updates’ – there is no ‘My Blogs’ or any other option to click.
Could this be something to do with the theme set-up? If so, how can I get around this?
Many thanks all,
Chelley.
By default, the “my blogs” list shows a list of blogs owned/created by the current user, but now I have a multi-author blog, and I want this list to show the blogs in which the current user has role higher than contributor or author, thus they can get access to the backend more easily.
Anyone knows how to do this?
]]>WP 3 has a new way of getting the api key (if you don’t already have one, and I wonder if it causes this situation:
I just started a new test blog today with WP 3. I put in the api key from my wordpress.com blog. My other blogs are listed in the Global Dashboard “My Blogs” area, but not the new one. Previously, the blogs showed up when I put in the key.
How do I get my new WP 3 test blog to show in the WordPress.com Global Dashboard?
(For what it’s worth, I needed a test blog to figure out how to make a child theme so I can upgrade the themes for my other blogs to use WP 3 without losing my customization…..)
