It seems that since a recent update I am unable to use the combo search function in the extended plugin.

When visiting a page on my site with the multisearch template using the combo search, once you hit the “submit/search” button it simply doesn’t do anything.

Any thoughts on what may be the issue? Thank you!

I’d like to have one page that uses the Combo search and a different page using the Multisearch (searching different fields). Is this possible?

The combo search is to search for a specific name (using text field with autocomplete) and the multi search page is acting as a filter to generate a list of results that match specified criteria.

The location map I’m using is working with pdb_search but not pdb_list for me.

On one page I have: [pdb_search template=multisearch target_page=results] working perfectly fine with both location map and list.

These two are shown through [pdb_list template=multisearch]. When I search using the pdb_list’s multisearch, only the list is updated, not the map.

Please help!

For example, all the results of the “workshop” field in January 2018, or in March 2018.

I’m exploring your list query object by writing custom code in my functions.php.

I’ve seen your instructions/examples for setting up a form that handles a single search field, operator, and search term.

Can you please elaborate (or point me to the appropriate support page) on how to do multi-search? I’m aware you sell a multi-search tool. But it looks like I can also just use your list query object to accomplish what I need.

The missing piece for me is what to name the form controls and how to set the values in order to pass the query information to the next page (i.e. to be handled in the functions.php code)

1. Is there any way to display custom field as link (in post_meta)? So it is like category or tag.

2. I use WP custom_field_search widget for searching but the search page doesn’t return the header as in the default search. Not the search result but the header: Search for “field1” and “field2.
