Can’t Include Multiple Widgets?

Hey before anything else, i just want to say your widget is super awesome. Lightweight, easy, nice looking.

However, I would like to check if we can use more than 1 widget? Reason is because, we are using your floating widget.

The problem with that is it doesnt show our total rating (eg : 4.9/5 of 4,000 reviews). So we were thinking of displaying the 4.9/5 widget on a section of the landing page and in the same time keep the floating button. Is there a way to do this?

But you know, if you can combine both, that would be super awesome!

I would like that on one page only, the search is only in the pdf but on all the others, I would like that the search is done on the whole site (the default behavior of the plugin).

It seems that a maximum of only two instances of the widget can used on a website. Is there a way to use more instances.

I’d like to display the icons in my footer widget as well as in the top bar of my header. I added the PHP code into my theme and they show up, but I need them to be a much smaller size than they are in the footer. How do I set a separate icon size for my header?

Multiple widget – Custom Redirect conflict

Apparently there’s a conflict when running more than one widget on a page and using the custom redirect module. Sometimes when users login and are redirected, they get a blank screen when ?instance=2 is in the URL. This happens when using the widget in the sidebar. When you use the other widget, ?instance=1 appears in the URL and it works fine.

You can see it here: https://bod.cuanswers.com/087/. Just click on the login button in the sidebar widget without entering any information in the fields. You’ll get the white screen of death. This happens sometimes to users who are being redirected with the custom redirect module.

If I turn off the custom redirect module, there can be as many login widgets as you want on the page.

The second login widget is hidden on desktop width. Make your browswer smaller to see the second widget appear at the top of the page. It’s for mobile users. You can click on the Login button and it works fine with ?instance=1 in the URL.

I’m using widgets not the shortcode. I tried using shortcodes but it didn’t matter what number I assigned in the shortcode. The one in the sidebar always had ?instance=2 in the URL>

Jeff: Any ideas on how to correct this?

Site: Running WP 4.1 multisite, TML 6.3.8. I updated to 6.3.10 with no change on my dev site.

Events Manager – Adding a widget with multiple widgets in it

Hello,

This may be a broader question, but my issue is specific.

Is there a way to create a new widget that contains three other widgets in one.

Events manager offers an ‘Events’ widget, I use three for “Next X”, Next “Y””, etc, but combined with my theme the widget blocks have lots of white space.

I know enough code to be dangerous. Hoping there is a way to create a new widget in my child theme and code it to just call three instances of the widget I want from the plugin. This would create a “multi widget-widget”. That sounds like a good plugin.

The alternative would be to edit the theme spacing, but that is not something I want site wide, just these three small blocks.

Hello, I have one question. Maybe it is related to WordPress in general, but I am using Virtue currently (site is locally developed), so I will ask here.

I ma building multilingual site, so I have to have multiple widget copies assign to different languages.

I just noticed one issue with wp-forecast, or virtue contact. I put 2 wp-forecast widgets in sidebar, and assigned 1. to English and 2. to Croatian lang.
When I load English page version, everything is OK. But when I load Croatian (HR) version, I see that widget is shown 25px below top of the column, although there is nothing above it, because English widget (which is on top of it in widget admin) is invisible on Croatian lang.
Now, Is this General WP issue, or Virtue theme issue? Is there any solution to this?

Yellow Background / Multiple Widgets

Hello,

I’m new to Google Adsense and so I’m not sure if this is an obvious question/issue or not: When I use your widget, the add appears partially but has a bunch of yellow background showing, too. It’s like only part of the ad is there. Why is this? Is this a Google Adsense issue or a plugin issue?

Also, I have two sidebars and I want to use both of the adsense blocks in both of them. However, once I use a widget, it’s no longer available. Maybe I need to duplicate the code so that I’m actually using four of your block items so I can reuse the code in two places?
