We’re trying to sell tables of 10 for our event.
For comparison, in Eventbrite, it’s possible to create a single line item that automatically ads 10 tickets to the cart for a specified price. A buyer then has to enter the names of 10 attendees in order to checkout. We are trying to emulate this with your plugin.
The crux of the matter is that we need to collect attendee information for each ticket holder. We can not just have a line item that is x10 the price of 1 ticket (hence the reason to use this plugin, otherwise we could do this with ‘plain’ WooCommerce).
In some instances, the table of 10 tickets would come at a discount as well. I’m not sure if that plays into this. I do know I can create coupon codes. That’s not what I’m trying to do here. We need to simplify the ticket-buying process by letting users click one button that buys a table of 10 at a discount (no entering numbers, no entering coupon codes).
I have poked around your plugin and tried to search about this but so far couldn’t find anything.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
]]>However, when I create an ongoing event, the booking form shows one ticket line for each ongoing event date when I bring up the first day. There is no date column, only “Ticket Type” (“Standard Ticket” in all cases) and “Spaces” (0 by default); If there are three dates, I get three lines for tickets, without any indication about what date might go with what line.
We only allow a person to reserve a single space for an event, so the user should neither see nor have to pick a value for number of spaces. Furthermore, if a user registers for one date, they should be registered with ONE space for ALL dates of an ongoing event. The multiple lines suggest you can pick and choose which days to reserve (if you can figure out what line goes with what date).
Also, I set the number of spaces to 35 for one event and when I show the number of spaces available using an Events Manager shortcode, it shows 105 spaces for a three-date event. It should show 35. (I can work around that; I can divide by the count for the ticket array, so this is not critical.)
As the system is currently working, in order to register, one must change one or more of the ticket spaces from 0 to 1 – at least one is required by the form – thereby reserving one or more spaces (which I see when I go to manage bookings).
The simplest solution I can see is to make the first line have 1 space by default and then hide ALL the ticket lines so the users cannot change them. How can I make the first line default to 1? Do you see any problems with this approach, or do you have a better way?
We will be having a number of classes that meet over several Saturdays. (We train volunteers to assist people in disasters such as fire and earthquakes.) This plugin is exactly what we need – if I can solve this problem.
Thanks!

]]>I have created one event with multiple tickets (Single occupancy, double occupancy, student, etc.). All of the tickets have a default of “1” and no option to select “0” so a registrant is automatically signed up for 5 tickets! Is this a bug in the program or am I using it wrong?
Is there an option for multiple ticket mode or some such thing?

Is this functionality only meant to work with single tickets?
Any help would be great – thanks.
