My issue is that I can’t add multiple sliders to one page. It appears that the slider containers aren’t assigned an ID, which then throws the error Cannot set property 'onload' of undefined
when that slider is instantiated. So only the first slider is rendered properly and the slides on the rest just show up as blocks.
Also, unrelated — you’re creating a style
element within the dot-container
element to style the dots, which makes that style impossible to override without js. Would be great if that could be done a style sheet or an option on the element.
I’d like to create three sliders in order to show three separated slider, each for a specific category.
Or maybe is this a pro version only feature?
Thank you for your help!
It seems to be that the slider doesn’t load properly with the page until it is un-collapsed. I have tried the advanced setting of loading all the assets on the page, as well. Is there anything I can try to get the slider to show how it does when you zoom the page out?
]]>However, I’ve tested SS3 on multiple sites with various themes, and I cannot get this to work. Inserting shortcodes into the page, the first slider displays fine, but if I add a second slider below that, it does not display at all — you can only see a spinning disc.
Same thing happens if I put a slider shortcode in the body of the page and try to use the SS3 widget to display a slider in the footer or sidebar. The slider in the body of the page displays fine, but the slider in the widget area does not display. If I remove the shortcode from the body of the page, the slider in the widget area DOES display.
What’s wrong here?
