Duplicated orders

Hi there,

I’m working on my clients website, and recently client had issue with customers orders. He claims that once customers purchased the product, their order is duplicated and charged few times. I double checked everything I know, but couldn’t find solution or source of issue. I did test with product price 0, product price 0.5 and with Stripe test API key, but when I access to WooCommerce order history there is multiple orders, and every customer claims they didn’t repeat the process, but my test didn’t result with multiple orders.

Multiple orders when customer changes their mind

Hey, I have an issue with a customer having sent 3 orders, 1 which he has paid for and 2 with status “Payment Pending”. It seems the customer changed his mind after having clicked the button to pay. He didn’t change payment method.
I believe the order should be cancelled or deleted after a certain period of time, but it isn’t. I can only manually delete the orders. But this doesn’t make sense, if there are 100 customers changing their mind daily, I need to delete so many orders manually.

I don’t want the order to be cancelled completely if they change their mind. What is the correct way to set this up?

Multiple Orders Single Transaction ID

I am using version 1.4.7 of the plugin.

We recently had an issue where a customer place an order in woocommerce using paypal express. In the backend of WordPress we had order 63357, 63360, and 63363. All three orders came across with the exact same transaction id as well as the same products in the order. I know the customer did not place multiple orders on the site as theses are all within seconds of each other.

Has anyone ever run into an issue like this. 3 Orders one transaction ID. Thanks!

WC Coupons: Use discount over multiple orders

A client wishes to create a coupon, for example a coupon for 50 dollars.
A customer places an order for 30 dollars and uses the coupon, so the customer will pay 0,00 dollar. Is the other 20 dollar discount lost or is there a setting somewhere to fix this issue.

Stock Not Adjusting

Hi,

I am using the current version of WP, WC and Storefront. All my items are listed as a stock of 1, and when someone purchases it the stock is not adjusting down to 0. This is causing me issues with multiple purchases of the same item.

I have checked all the settings and googled this problem but nothing seems to be fixing this problem.

I appreciate any help anyone can give me.

Customer getting multiple cart orders

My customers are not getting completed order notification, so as a result they keep buying.

This is resulting in 4 orders for the same cart. Seems 4 cart buys is the number of the last 5 of these occurrences.

I did notice that the refund function has also stopped working and I have to do it manually in PayPal

Multiple duplicate orders with different ID created

My apologies if this has been posted before, I couldn’t find an answer.

A client site uses WooCommerce and Paypal for the shop. Recently almost every order has started been duplicated. The order number is different, however everything else is identical.

While customers are not being charged twice (as far as I can tell), they are receiving multiple confirmation emails after a transaction, sometimes as many as 10.

I have updated WordPress and all plugins to the latest version but the issue still persists.

Receiving multiple orders through Authorize.net

Our customers are being forced to run their credit cards multiple times to place an order. We have over 20 pages or payments declined. We cancelled a duplicate order but it still came through on Authorize.net as 2 separate orders. How do I fix this problem/
