I’m working on my clients website, and recently client had issue with customers orders. He claims that once customers purchased the product, their order is duplicated and charged few times. I double checked everything I know, but couldn’t find solution or source of issue. I did test with product price 0, product price 0.5 and with Stripe test API key, but when I access to WooCommerce order history there is multiple orders, and every customer claims they didn’t repeat the process, but my test didn’t result with multiple orders.

]]>We recently had an issue where a customer place an order in woocommerce using paypal express. In the backend of WordPress we had order 63357, 63360, and 63363. All three orders came across with the exact same transaction id as well as the same products in the order. I know the customer did not place multiple orders on the site as theses are all within seconds of each other.
Has anyone ever run into an issue like this. 3 Orders one transaction ID. Thanks!

]]>I am using the current version of WP, WC and Storefront. All my items are listed as a stock of 1, and when someone purchases it the stock is not adjusting down to 0. This is causing me issues with multiple purchases of the same item.
I have checked all the settings and googled this problem but nothing seems to be fixing this problem.

I did notice that the refund function has also stopped working and I have to do it manually in PayPal

]]>A client site uses WooCommerce and Paypal for the shop. Recently almost every order has started been duplicated. The order number is different, however everything else is identical.
While customers are not being charged twice (as far as I can tell), they are receiving multiple confirmation emails after a transaction, sometimes as many as 10.
I have updated WordPress and all plugins to the latest version but the issue still persists.
