multiple time slot cancellation by customer

In the case where we select multiple booking time slot mode, can a customer cancel several time slots using only one cancellation link provided in the confirmation email (cancel_link).

I was able to cancel only 1 time slots using the link pointing to the page with the webba_email_landing short code. If customer had chosen 2 or more time slots, only the first one is cancelled in the backend interface.

Since my service is continuous, I find not convenient to send several confirmation emails for every time slot booked by a customer.

Hi, I have read the 6-month ago resolved similar post but solution is not on the post but probably email between the user and supporter. I have same request to have one click on #cancel_link to cancel all 4 bookings (9am ~2pm). Please help.

Currently it shows one link for one time slot, total 4 links, on email. This is good too and I want to this method as well.

I am using version 4.0.73

Slot quota and group booking

Hi,
I would like to know if it’s possible to have 1 person booking for 1 or multiple person, more than one time slot at a time. With a quota of 10 seats per slot. So someone could book 3 seats then there would be 7 seats available. Another book 7 seats for that time slot and the next one so this time slot would be full but still 3 seats left the next slot.
I am just wondering if it’s easily doable and how before I purchase the plugin.

When someone books the appointment then that time slot should be blocked after one booking but multiple booking on one time slot is enabled. How to disable it?

Random Duplicate Bookings

Hi there,

We have a website which is using your plugin. Generally, it works quite well (we are using it on multiple websites), however for some reason we keep getting duplicate bookings (same user and data) and in result duplicate confirmation emails. The user needs to select a date and time, which only one person can book, so technically it shouldn’t be possible to have two duplicate bookings.

We have tried several different scenarios, and haven’t been able to replicate this ourselves, however 1/10 times we still get a duplicate booking.

Is this an issue other users of your plugin has been experiencing, or do you have any insight why this might be happening with your plugin?

Plugin version: Version 8.2.32
WordPress version: WordPress 5.3.2
PHP Version: 7.3.26

Online lessons multiple booking

I am actually building my website on wordpress. I am providing language lessons online.
Regarding the woocommerce booking plugin

Can a student (in my case), buy 10 lessons, then book whenever he wants to.Like tickets.
The purpose is to provide a flexible booking solution for busy peoples, and keep price low by proposing lesson pack.

I wish they can book all at the same time or choose up to 24h before.
Is that possible ?
Or can they book 10 lessons at the same time just by selecting “10” in the product field ? But on a different time and day for each of them ?

I look for a solution, but I’m new to building site.

Pro Version make multiple bookings with discount

Hey guys,

i was wondering if its possible that a user books a course multiple times with a discount ? such like he buys a ticket for 10 times for a specific course and pays less then booking it only 1 time. Like a ‘card’ system with 5 and 10 times cards.

If it would be possible I would buy the plugin right away because the rest is very cool.

I would be happy if you could help me out.

Multiple booking on the same day

Hello!

It’s a great plugin, thank you for your job. My question is: if it’s possible to accept overlapped reservations on the same days, is it also possible to book for two or more people? What I’d like to do: allow a maximum of 10 people to book, and if -let’s say- two people want to book, the price should be doubled, and after 10 bookings, the reservation should be closed for that specific day. Thank you!
