multi-day events only display on start date

Am using version 2.6.5. Latest WordPress (5.4.2).

Noticed that with multi-day events when viewing in monthly calendar the event appears only on the start date.

Used to repeat the event on each day during the duration. Need it to keep doing that.

Checking in both Google Chrome and Opera on Windows, emptied cached, refreshed, etc., it’s definitely looking like a plugin bug or a setting misconfigured. I checked all my settings and can’t find anything to fix this.

Multi-day Event Displaying html code

Hello there!

I am a web developer using Events Calendar (free version) and am having an issue when I create an event that goes from one day to another. As I found in your source code, there is logic to check if the new event is multiday, multiday and all day, or just an event within one day, etc. When I leave the “all day” button unchecked and have the event span from one day to another, there is weird html code displayed. I tried searching for the class dislayed (“tribe-events-time-start”) in my finder and nothing came up.

I figured out that if I check the “all day event” button in the wp-admin page my issue is fixed, but only the month and day are displayed. I would like to have the time be displayed as well so that people know when exactly the event is.

I have done quite a bit of digging around in my own custom code and have found nothing promising, so I’m hoping you guys can help! Thank you.

Event Calendar at multiple places

Hi,

I am new to WordPress and using event calendar for the first time. I have website in which 2 pages will be showing a calendar events. Now, one would be available to public and other would be private(password protected). I want same events to be displayed on both the pages with the difference that the private calendar will be showing some more additional information on it. Please guide me how I can add custom fields to events and hide them on one calendar and display them on the other.

Unable to Select External Ticket for Multi-Day Event

I am trying to create a multi-day event and sell 1 ticket for the event. When I select External Ticket and put in the URL of the External Ticket Vendor, the event defaults back to a single day (the repeating events disappear)and the event Costs and Tickets defaults back to Time.ly tickets.

Multi-day events from beginning to end date

If I have a 3 day event, the event only shows up on the first day. It doesn’t show the full ‘duration’.

According to the web dorado support site (https://web-dorado.com/support/submit-your-idea.html), this should be working as of the latest release, but it is not. I have the latest version of both wordpress and event calendar WD. Did this fix not get added to this patch?

Multi-Day Event Not Showing in Calendar, but Shows as Single Event

I created a multiple day event in April. However, while the event shows up as its own listing, it doesn’t show in the calendar in any of the three view options. Not sure why.

multi-day events – grid view blocks more days

Hello, I have a problem again , which I hope it will continue to help me again .
On my calendar I have multi-day events . It would be nice if this would be visible in the calendar . Best of all, in the Grid view is a possibility to block more days . Similar to Outlook , if , for example, the holiday will be entered in the calendar .

Identification of the first and the last day of a multi-day event

I have a grid calendar view.

In this calendar, I have an multi-day event from March 2nd to March 9th.

I’d like to put different style (e.g. color) for the first day of the event. Is it possible?

problems with multi day events and with sidebar widget

Hi everybody, i’ve a couple of problems with multi day events

if i insert for example an event from 07/13 and 07/15, today (07/10) i have:

1) correct start and end date ONLY in rollover box on grid calendar
2) post creation date (and time if not daily event) in events list, event page subtitle, event page detail and sidebar widget
3) event is inserted only in starting day, not others days

multi-day event not displaying correctly in widget

MC v2.1.1 on WP 3.4.2

I can’t seem to get multi-day events to display as I’d like in the widget. I don’t know if it’s me or a bug. What I want is a single event shown in the widget with the date range, and for it to continue showing in the widget until the end date passes.

Note that I added and deleted these events multiple times trying different settings to get it to show the way I wanted. Unless I set it as a single event recurring x number of times it erroneously shows the event multiple times, sometimes even making it a repeating event far into 2013 for some reason (not sure how I got that result, but it was interesting)!

Please show me the way!
