How does one do that?!!
]]>I have the free version on the site and was looking into Plus vs Pro and other options.
Can you tell me if there is any difference in getting this or exact metrics – or why I would chose one over the other? As far as I can see, they have the same designers, same CEOs, same prices, and same features… Am I missing something here?
]]>With the move to GA4 I have had to call on support for just the second time in all the years I have been with them. I made the mistake of getting swept up in the messaging within Google Analytics to connect my property, and made mistakes in doing so manually. I should have just used the Wizard within MonsterInsights in the first place which takes the pain out of the process.
Michelle dealt with my ticket, and I it could well have been my best support experience in 10+ years of using WordPress. She read my question, offered useful guidance and followed up on things she asked me to implement to resolve my issue. This was no standard cut and paste experience. In the end she had identified what my issue was and gave me a suggestion on how to resolve it.
I can highly recommend MonsterInsights for both the plugin and the support offered.

I cannot find the exact file thread on the hosting handled by Ionos to examine and edit.
Here is some background on the site:
WordPress version 5.5.9
Current theme: Wp Pray (version 1.1)
Current plugin: Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights (version 8.5.1)
PHP version 7.2.34
We don’t really use the Monster Insights plugin so thinking we could deactivate and avoid future errors. In any event would appreciate any additional info as to how to address and correct the error.
Thank you.

]]>I have Monster Insights for my website, and one day it just quit tracking all my data. I have reinstalled the plugin and it’s still not tracking anything. I am not sure what to do. I have gone through support threads and nothing I’ve tried has worked. I know I have visitors and traffic.
Please help!
