I need help style the main navigation on my site.
Here’s what I am having trouble with:
1. I would like the primary navigation to be hidden on the homepage, but for full-size computer screens only; on all other pages and and at all other sizes, I would like the main nav to function normally. So far, I think this is working. I just wanted you to know what’s going on when you look at the site.
2. On mobile, it seems as though my hamburger menu is falling off the the right-hand side of the screen. I have the main menu area set up to be centered in the Zakra editor, and can’t figure out why the hamburger menu is not also centered.
Thank you!
]]>1. So currently (for now, I’ve changed it a few dozen times, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE FLEXIBLE, AWESOME TOOL!!!!) I have the in content menu working the way I want, but I may change exactly the way I want it to work… and it’s on I think 12 pages now and I barely started to build the site.
My point is that every time I update the menu on the widgets page, then I need to copy and past that into 12 pages in admin area of wordpress.
Am I missing something? It seems I could create menu1, have that shortcode in those 12 pages, then just update menu1.
Currently I make changes to the shortcode using assist, then copy/paste the shortcode into the 12 or so pages to update their menu. A lot of work I’d like to avoid.
2. Again – being an amateur I created some (struggled through creating is a better way to put it) custom CSS to get the menu to look – sort of – the way I like. Is there some menu styling plug in that this plug in works with? I like the hierarchy, and it would be nice to have a mobile friendly option, as well as desktop and tablet viewing options.
I can email or private message a link to the site. I can’t post the sandbox link publicly until it’s fully published due to vendor agreements.
Thank you in advance – and again thanks for this Kickin, Rockin, Excellent Tool! (I’m going to donate a few bucks BTW.)

]]>In mobile view, the images I have placed above and below the menu bar goes all wonky. The top image floats way above the menu bar instead of being flush and the bottom image looks huge.
The catalog page will not stay center in mobile view either and gets pushed to the right.
My social icons also disappear in mobile view.
Any suggestions?
The site can be seen here.
]]>I have 2 different headers for different parts of the site so instead of using the default WordPress header image uploader I have added my headers in the CSS as follows ie:
#header {
background: url(https://www.jacksonlambertdesign.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/header-blog-3.png)no-repeat;
}
.page-id-9 #header {
background: url(https://www.jacksonlambertdesign.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/header-14.png)no-repeat !important;
margin-left: 27%;
min-height: 202px;
width: 100%;
margin-top: -10px;
}
The headers do not appear on my mobile site, either when I enable the Jetpack CSS and add the above code OR if I add the .mobile-theme class to the header CSS. Is there some other way I can add a header other than through the WordPress default header upload and have it appear on the mobile version? I am using a Genesis child theme, so I could also add something in the header area using php if I had an idea of the code. Thanks in advance.
