Mobile scrolling not working

Hi, On the mentioned page we are not able to scroll down on this page on mobile.

I read some CSS solutions online, but that seems not to work.
And I can not find any errors.

Do we overlook something?

Hey guys, the issue is something I never experienced before so I’m also including a video link.

Basically, scrolling on specific mobile phones causes the page to refresh and the ‘cannot find this page’ error. It is occurring on iPhone 11, iPhone 12 Mini, and iPhone 8 (all browsers). But it does not occur on every iPhone 12/12 mini/8. For example, for me and many other people, it works perfectly fine (for our developer too).

The developer told me that it might be due to some software installed on mobile devices facing this issue.

I just don’t know what to do or who to get in touch with. The page is built with Elementor.

Mobile scrolling issues on Chrome browsers

Hello,

When I scroll on my website from a mobile device on Chrome, it’s kind of jumpy. NOT smooth at all. It’s really annoying. (every other website works fine, the problem is only on my site).

However, when I browse on mobile safari or firefox, it scrolls super smooth.

Please help!

Updated to WP 5.3.2 and mobile will not scroll – if the first image loads slowly it will scroll but once an image loads all scrolling stops – this is true of the entire site…..

Have deactivated most plugins…. nothing changes.

Thank for a great plugin. im having difficulty with mobile. once I scroll down I cant scroll up to video section and when I scroll down it jumps skipping some videos. please check bellow url on mobile screen size. FYI – I deactivated all plugins other than this and tryied different theme, still having this issue.

Hi guys. Thanks for the help in advance. I’ve been having some troubles making my website work for mobile phones. If I try to scroll down at slow or medium speed it will make a jump to either the end or the middle of the page. I’ve tried with different browsers and phones and it’s the same, I don’t know if the same goes with Iphone. I don’t have that issue using a desktop.

We have a design by a client for a full width map at the very top of the screen. When we are in mobile and we try and scroll down the page to the rest of the content we are stuck in the map and can only scroll in the map. Is there a way to get past the map in mobile?

Hi:

On my phone, I am unable to scroll when the tables are wider than the browser width. I’m using a Responsive template, but maybe I need to add some CSS to specify the minimum size?
