Why does the page refresh and reload before I can scroll down to view the entire page? This only happens on mobile browsers on my Iphone 12.
It seems to be related to how much content or how many attachments are in the post, but I’m not sure.
My website is
Theme: Ocean Mist
PHP Version: 7.4.33
WordPress 6.6.2
]]>this is my website bahja-om.com when i am opening it from a desktop browser it works fine but when I am opening it from the mobile Chrome browser it’s not working, only a white page is appearing. this issue appeared to me after installation of this plugin: (specific content for mobile by Jose Mortellaro).
i tried all the below but still the issue is not solved yet:
1- disabling all the plugins-
2- removing all the cach history from my mobile chrome-
3- changing the network from wireless to normal data.
4- using different mobiles (Android/iPhone)
5- trying with W3 Total Cache
6- changed the theme.
7- Remove the mobile version plugin.
the strange thing is that the website is working fine with Apple Safari mobile browser.
]]>BACKGROUND:
I’m trying to help my mom troubleshoot her website. I don’t really know anything about this stuff, but it appears to be trying to call a non-existent function. I’m not sure if the error message she’s being emailed is related to the mobile viewing problem either.
Help would be most appreciated. Times are tough right now and I really need help in getting this working for her. Please break down explanation like I’m 5 so I can walk her through it.

I am using the Neve theme with Elementor. The theme is up to date.
I am finding that images on my website are not displaying on any mobile browser. Safari, Chrome and Bing have been tested with clear cache. When checking in mobile responsive mode in Elementor page edit all images display correctly.
In the browser some images do display but most do not. Sometimes they show the Alt text in place of the image. Responsive settings are on. Images are using default or full setting in most places. Some images within the same section or column type display. Then others do not display even though settings are the same. I can see a square outline of the image in the places where these should be displaying.
I tried a mobile test and saw some errors about https site calling http images. I’m not sure if this is relevant. Although I did try to delete the old images and re-upload the same images. This did not seem to make any difference.

All images on desktop sites are working correctly on Bing and Chrome.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
