Then found this forum, but it seems the theme is no longer listed on www.remarpro.com. Has it been discontinuated?

Missing Theme Format

My entire kale theme is missing. All pages, posts, etc. show on my dashboard, but there is NO formatting or theme online.

Theme “Breaks” After Import

Hi There,

I am getting a broken site after import.
Upon investigation I can see that the active Theme is not available on CPANEL files. However was active and working on the original website that was exported.
When I visit the THEMES page on the WP backend I get the following error:
“The active theme is broken. Reverting to the default theme.”

What on earth is happening?
I have tried exporting to FILE again, and importing again, but nothing seems to be working.

The original website that I am exporting from is functioning perfectly.

The theme directory does not exist.

I just moved my local site to a subdomain. Everything was working fine until suddenly all my uploads appeared as broken links. I was able to research that issue and fixed it with permissions. Then suddenly I can’t visit my site because “The theme directory “CORE” does not exist.”

I’ve looked through several other posts on the topic, but I haven’t found my answer yet. Thanks for your help.

Missing Theme

Our theme is missing on the website. The theme information is below. Tried updating, but it brought the entire site down. Has anyone experience this? It shows this theme “Active”, but none of the theme tools are present.

WordPress 4.4.2 running WD TechGoStore theme.

Theme template is missing after successful installation

Hi,

My theme had been working great for a few months and I’ve made many customizations to my website. All of a sudden today the site reverted back to the default wordpress twenty fifteen theme and the theme I purchased and installed is “broken.”

“The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
Name Description
View:R Template is missing.” Delete

What could have caused this? Is there anyway to revert back to my custom theme?

I had a client purchase a theme from TemplateMonster. I made the website live on HostGator on 10/20. Did some tweaking to make sure all images were pointed to the new domain (vs the test domain) etc. (in other words I had logged into the admin and was using the live website, front and and back end, once installed at HostGator) and I had to give TemplateMonster an FTP account as I had a hard time getting the style.less / style sheet to work properly. Once the site was to the clients satisfaction they ‘signed off on it’, I wrote up their final invoice and then deleted TemplateMonster’s FTP account.

Today the client emailed me to say the site was just a blank screen. I was able to login to the admin area and after doing so my first thought was to check their files via FTP to see if there were any file change dates, which I didn’t notice.

It wasn’t until I was clicking through folders and realized that there were NO themes in the theme folder. They were both GONE (and I had uploaded their TM theme, and another standard WP theme).

Plugins are the same, form plugin, super cache, captcha, cherry plugin.

No other sites on this hosting account have been tampered with.

I emailed the client to ask if they had logged in and used the admin and they said no.

I’m waiting for chat support at HostGator to see if the can find out what happened. Just thought I’d poke around the forums here to see if anyone else has had that issue, or where I can start looking for the reason why.

1. No one else has FTP access to this account but me and I assume Hostgator (as I said I created a new/unique login for TemplateMonster but I deleted it that same afternoon, I guess they COULD have deleted them all between the time the client and I had our mutual sign off on the project and the time I actually deleted the ftp access… hmm… thinking at max it was 2 hours?!?).

2. I supposed the client COOOOOULLLD have gone in and done something they shouldn’t have (ie deleted the two themes).

Okie dokie. I know I could upload the theme folders, just figured I’d have the host provider take a look see in case of shenanigans.

Broken theme?

I updated the Ignite theme yesterday and today my site was running a different theme (the default Twenty Fourteen)…I scrolled down to the bottom of the Appearance –> Themes page and this is what I see:

…any suggestions how to fix this? I am by no means an expert. Just thinking I must have done something wrong along the way..

wordpressmu only one theme

Hi, cannot search the forum to see if this is already answered…
I just installed wordpressmu in a new subdomain on one of my sites

I went in to upload my premium theme and I have no access to that. Only the default theme is there and no add new button or anything.

As far as I know, the login, the only one I can access, is a superuser account (default?).

What am I missing??
