After attempting to import data using the “Upload logs from site to Spam Firewall Log” link, and getting the import complete notification, all data now missing from all linked accounts.

Approved/Spam/SpamFirewall data now empty.

Week Stat does show histogram.

I’ve lost my jetpack stats after creating a staging site without disconnecting it first. Then I stumbled upon Jetpack’s support info to contact the support to get the info back. Thank you for that.

Site Stats missing after Domain Name Change – out of luck as free user?

Hello, we recently changed our domain name and when I went to reconnect JetPack (we use mostly for the stats). All of our past stats went missing. I have since read on this page: https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-stats/missing-stats/ that I need to contact support to get them reconnected to an updated blog ID.

Problem is when I go to contact support page, only paid users can contact support. Is there anyway to get my stats back without becoming a paid user or are they gone?

If we can’t get the previous stats back showing for the new URL is there anyway to even just view our stats for the old URL??

Appreciate any help!

Jetpack Missing Stats

I have a blog on wp hosted with hostinger. The link to the blog is muditgarg.in
I recently created a staging site (staginglab.muditgarg.in).
Since, then all of my site stats for actual main site have been transferred to the staging site and the main site has stats started afresh.
Please help me restore my stats
need help with :
main site : muditgarg.in
staging site : staginglab.muditgarg.in

After the safe mode, my stats has been transferred to my site static IP address then I couldn’t get back them again. What can I do to get back them to the domain again?

Hi,

I migrated a wordpress website to a new host/virtual machine in Google Cloud. Everything is working fine, but I have lost the jetpack stats and followers.

I did have a few issues when reconnecting to jetpack and I think somehow a new ID got created for the connection.

It would be great if these stats can be restored to jetpack! Please can it be looked into if the stats can be restored?

Missing Stats and Followers

I copied my production website to a staging environment to test a plug-in. When I went back to my production site, it stated that Jetpack was running in safe mode. I thought if I went back to staging and inactivated the plug-in that the issue would resolve. Bad guess on my part.
Tried to re-connect Jetpack in production but used the wrong email address and it tried to create a new account.
I’ve restored production from a backup (both files and database) and reconnected Jetpack using the correct email/WP account. But I have no past statistics or followers.
Anyway to get those recover that data, especially the followers?
