Some submissions skip the DB

I have an intermittent problem which I cannot replicate:

Some website users are seeing submission errors on our contact form so are sending the message multiple times. We are receiving the messages as expected via email however these contact form submissions “skip” the Contact Form DB list.

Other contact form submissions arrive via email and show in the Contact Form DB list as expected.

All plugins are up to date.
PHP version 7.4.32
PHP memory limit 256 MB

I don’t expect that this caused by Contact Form DB – Elementor but I’m interested to know why these certain submissions are skipping the DB.

WordPress Missed Schedule!

Hello!

We got 7 missed schedules in the past 2-3 days…

I tried to change to a REAL cron and that not working, more missed schedule appeared…

What is causing this, this is not good for us…

Maybe wp-rocket heartbeat plugin?

Sometimes (Once a month) i get a Missed Schedule when i schedule a post to publish.

What do you think what is going here?

Really annoying

I checked the logs and i dont see anything, i have installed some cron monitoring plugin and checked the status, and they didnt show any bad schedule.

Plugin fails to send shipping charge to Stripe Gateway

Our Stripe Gateway works most of the time BUT I have found a discrepancy on one order. Although Woocommerce sent a charging request to the Stripe Gateway for a product and shipping, Stripe only took payment for the product leaving me out of pocket for this shipping charge.

The shipping charge is shown on the order. The total is correct on the order. The shipping charge is shown in the Stripe payment Meta Data but did not charge the customer’s card.

I’m pretty sure this has happened once before but I didn’t deal with it.

Stripe say this is a problem with Woocommerce.

Anyone else experienced this?

I’m wondering if you’ll get better performance by using get_col rather than get_results? Probably not on most sites, but perhaps for high-volume.

Missed Schedule

My posts are not posting…

Posts that I have Scheduled using Nelio Content are not actually posting on the blog, and as a result they are also not posting onto social connections.

If I look in the back end under posts, posts that were scheduled are showing a message “Missed Schedule” under the date column and the hours past the scheduled time.

I have been able to recreate this several times.

I click on the calendar to add a post, then fill out the title, content, featured image, etc. Then click on create social message. Everything shows up in the calendar as I would expect, on the post page the status shows as scheduled, but the posts never actually get published.

I am using supersocializer for logging on my page. the problem is that on all devices is working only with android is not working. I tried different Samsung models but they do not see the logo… can anyone help me?

New Hack After Scan

My server was hacked a few weeks ago. I’ve been working with my host and a security expert to get everything clean. We thought we had everything and then I also download your plugin, installed it on all of my sites (over 80) and ran a scan on each one (I’m sure you know this was a long process). The plug in did find a few issues on about 3 sites and seemed to clean them perfectly. The problem is one of the sites that I scanned (and you plug in found nothing) was hacked again 2 days ago. I just scanned it last Friday and it was hacked on Monday. I got an email from my host that the site was being used as a phishing site again.

Are there any additional steps I can take? This seems to be like a pretty big miss and it makes me very nervous about the rest of my sites. And, yes, I did donate and I downloaded all the new definitions and set the scan to run automatically and scanned the core files. I ran the scan on the entire /public_html/ folder for all sites.

Can you suggest anything further?

Tons of spam in unknown language is getting through lately

Hey,

I am usually very happy with CleanTalk, but recenetly there has been dozen of spam comments making it through the filter, mostly in an unkown language. I keep marking them as spam but I don’t see the plugin is keeping up with them.
